Easy to access and walking distance from shops

Pool was out of action although it was still advertised. Bed was terrible and collapsing in the middle. Would not recommend staying here in a budget room

Loved our stay, sooooo good for people on a budget, couldn’t ask for better value for money.

My husband was in hospital so was a convenient place to stay and not too expensive.

Great staff

The reception staff was excellent on arrival and departure, the bed linen and bathroom towels and accessories were excellent but the floor of the bathroom needed cleaning and there were signs of general wear and tear in the bedroom eg curtain hem needed sewing repair and paintwork on skirting and walls needed freshening up.

The staff and area were good, room was tidy and clean but very outdated. The bed needs replacing, could visibly see it was old and warped

No security monitoring; Teams of youngsters kicking footy ball in car park, using cars as field limits. Very noisy by 8am Sunday morning. My regular stopover for running events but will now try to find somewhere quieter and more suitable.

Good location

Reception are friendly & knowledgeable. Great choice of dinning/restaurants in easy walking distance and access to public transport was fantastic. Room had that old time cozy feel and still had a high standard of cleanliness.

Location is the main reason to stay here

Convenient location. Although the rooms are a bit dated the room & bathroom were clean. Simple room with a bed, tv & facilities for tea, coffee, fridge & microwave. Only problem i had was the noise from traffic, but they are located on a main highway so to be expected. All shops are conveniently located & within walking distance, woolies, IGA, maccas, etc. Some great restaurants within walking distance or a cheap uber ride.

This room was small. I liked at first one as (upstairs)

Not good value for money.

I was on a first level room and it was very noisy, from workers outside and people walking and talking you can hear everything. I booked this place because it had a pool, but, on a very Hot week in Perth the Pool was unable to be used to whole time.

Dirty , scrappy , needs renovation. I couldn’t be bothered going on abaoult the many failings of this place. I just used the room to sleep at night. What a dive! One star at best.
