Every staff person that we encountered was wonderful! The front desk ladies were friendly and made the check in experience easy and welcoming. Basic rooms. Great price. Excellent staff!

Room cleanest

The room was very comfortable and clean, The staff was wonderful. I would have given 5 stars, but first one elevator had a problem that left only one for everyone to use. The day I was checking out, the second one also went down. Staying on the 7th floor with a lot of luggage and no elevator was a challenge, especially for someone with arthritic knees! Given that, though, I would highly recommend staying here. I intend to make this my go to place when visiting Barranquilla.
