I want to say thanks to Mr. Castillo at the front Desk. He help me from C/in and C/out , he so friendly. The building need to renoved, is old. The breasfast menu, need to update.

No good internet. Rooms where not in great conditions.

We really enjoyed the breakfast and how it was included. The pool was very nice and clean. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Only downside was the wifi.

The rooftop pool is the best thing in the hotel. They need a restaurant in the location. The continental breakfast is okay. Good Hotel to stay for the price!

No water for a day and no communication was done Front desk hang up on me 3 times because he didn’t speak English and didn’t even want to help me or hear me out

The Hotel was dirty from the Lobby to the rooms to the pool area. Pictures are deceiving.

The water was shut off all night. When the water was turned back on. There was no hot water. Had to take a cold shower. The breakfast was yogurt and fruit and make you own waffle. They advised a restaurant on the premises, there wasn’t.

The rooms need to be refreshed with new paint and lighting.

ac was freezing. Free breakfast was a nice touch. Pool is outdated but views are great.
