The Hotel was dirty from the Lobby to the rooms to the pool area. Pictures are deceiving.

The water was shut off all night. When the water was turned back on. There was no hot water. Had to take a cold shower. The breakfast was yogurt and fruit and make you own waffle. They advised a restaurant on the premises, there wasn’t.

The rooms need to be refreshed with new paint and lighting.

People are nice. The hotels needed to be upgraded a little bit in the shower and the faucets but there’s no breakfast was good but no food otherwise

This place would be OK if you had a car the Hotels.com site says it’s within walking distance to the beach. It is absolutely not. It’s on a dangerous highway with no bridge cross over folks at the front desk. They do not walk to the beach. The hotel was willing to let me out of the deal, but I had to go through Hotels.com. Nine days later, Hotels.com still couldn’t get me out of it, even though the property manager said that they could via the app. They don’t sweep the whole floors or mop, they don’t give you fresh towels when you put them on the floor, there wasn’t hot water for the first three days, the shower door is Jenny and sometimes doesn’t close all the way or open to get out. They do serve chilaquiles every morning but they run out of fresh fruit if you are not first up. I wasn’t aware until the last day, but they put some beer and little ham sandwiches out in the evening/afternoon. So that was nice. You can see the end of the peninsula from the roof. The pool is ice cold.

Overall experience was good, the hotel serves its purpose. 24/7 coffee service was great. Hotel looks old but everything is all right

Great pool area. The greatest view. Kind attention from the ladies that serve at breakfast. The towels are very old and some torn.

The staff were incredible, but the overall cleanliness was lacking in the room. Old and stained towels, bathroom was not the best and the sheets had some stains. The elevator wasn’t even wiped clean. Our room didn’t have WiFi connection which was awful. The redeeming qualities were the view from the pool upstairs and the friendly staff. The breakfast wasn’t bad, but this kid kept coughing so I didn’t want to eat. Overall, they are much better places to stay. Lesson learned - don’t believe pics online and do not compromise comfort.

My mother and I enjoyed our stay the staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious bedding were comfortable and clean however the bedroom windows need a deep clean it was dirty and the walls there were dirt marks. Breakfast was good each day loved the fruits . 7/10
