You get what you pay for. It's cheap but the location is great. Rooms are small but has the essentials. Bed wasn't great. Room is very noisy. I could hear the receptionist having a chat at around 1:30 in the morning which wasn't great. Again, it is cheap compared the others in the area so I think it should be expected.

Shower filled with mold. While the room itself was clean and comfortable, I don't think the bathroom was safe :( front desk simply provided a card for complaint. Luckily I only booked 1 night

Very disappointing and unsafe experience. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke despite being advertised as non-smoking. The fire alarm was broken and placed on the nightstand instead of being installed. We were disturbed late at night by another guest knocking on our door for a lighter. The hotel also smelled like marijuana during our stay. Staff were unhelpful and sometimes rude — when we asked about the breakfast advertised on the wall, we were told “No” with no explanation. There was also visible black mold on the walls. We didn’t feel safe and would not stay here again. Definitely not as advertised.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Close to the bus and train station and the ideal point from where to start exploring the city. But it is the smallest room ever. I couldn't step on the floor when I opened the suitcase. The bathroom is really small, plastic and installed. Like bathroom in a camper. The bed had a wheel, so it was moving. For one night it is ok, but it was too noisy for me - I could hear the door all the time and people walking in the hotel. Also in the morning it was so loud with cleaning rooms. The good thing also is that I could storage my bags because I had a late bus to catch.

My brother and I recently stayed at this hotel, and our experience was deeply disappointing from start to finish. We were initially assigned a twin room that was unacceptable. It reeked of urine, dog, and mold, and the bathroom was covered in black mold, including on the door. The smell alone made it unbearable. We were able to switch to a second room—an apartment—which was an improvement, but still had significant issues. There was still black mold in the bathroom, and the air conditioning barely worked. During a 40-degree heatwave in Toulouse, this was also unbearable. Unlike our previous room, which had working air conditioning, we had to sleep at the very end of the bed just to feel the weak fan. The most critical issue, however, was the door. It would not lock from either the inside or the outside. We contacted the front desk multiple times, but the receptionist never came to help. We initially hoped it would be okay, but our fears were confirmed one night when someone tried to enter our room. This left us feeling incredibly unsafe, especially since our belongings were left unsecured during the day. After calling five times with no response, we went to the reception in person. We finally convinced a receptionist to come to our room. Without a word, he slammed the door repeatedly for 5-10 minutes before walking away with a look of disdain, as if we were at fault for not having "slammed" the door hard enough. We were able to get it to lock just once after that, but it was clear the problem was not fixed. We decided it wasn't worth the effort to deal with another rude and unhelpful staff member. We absolutely cannot recommend this hotel. It is awful and offers no value for money, regardless of the cheap price. The combination of unsanitary conditions, non-functional amenities, safety concerns, and rude staff made for a terrible stay. We will add the initial receptionist we spoke to that helped us switch our room was very understanding and helpful which was appreciated. But this was also the staff member who we called on the phone to deal with the door that did not lock. And did not come to the apartment after he said that he would after 2 calls were made to him. After that we assume our number was recognised by the staff member and they made a choice not to pick up the phone as we called many times over 2 days at varying times
