Very pleasant stay at Biała Owca! Good price for everything included such as breakfast & sauna. Clean room with nice view! Everything was fantastic. Peaceful, very clean and lovely balcony. Staff pleasant. Only negative was it was so hot!! Outside was very cold but inside was tropical, which was not pleasant.

Great small hotel, with amazing helpful service from the staff , breakfast area and breakfast buffet is small but they give you warm breakfast options which is fantastic, the room was alright size with very comfortable cosy bed with good size bathroom and shower. Few things to know: Hotel location is 30min walk from city centre on the hill, if you want to change your towels you get charge, if you want to take anything food from breakfast for later you get charge. So it’s worth reading small print when booking if you are happy with all their rules.

I went there with my brother and we both loved it. Stunning property, wonderful atmosphere and great location - it's so easy to get around from there whether you feel like walking or just taking Uber. The place around the property was also beautiful offering marvellous views. Staff was very friendly and not to mention the food... DELICIOUS. One of the best breakfasts buffets I've ever had in hotels - and the ladies offer to cook something hot to it whether it's sausages, omelette, scrambled eggs. Would definitely recommend.

Nice location and views 30 minutes walk from the Center. Bathroom door made by glass ( no privacy).. Wi-Fi wasn’t very good. Nice double bed but single duvets. Breakfast tasty and fresh with good selections. There is 2 saunas that need to book before use.. unfortunately we was not able to use the full facility as we made bookings no towels,, no staff who is look after need attention, infrasauna not working switch is broken,the ice bucket handle and refill system was not functioning. Staff/team very helpful and kind.

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the Gentleman in reception. Breakfast was delicious and the Catering staff were attentive.Room was very clean and excellent shower/bathroom.

You have to pay for everything separately. This town loves overcharging you. Whatever your price is online is not true to the amount you actually end up paying. Whole town is just a bunch of scammers.

Place looks just like the pictures and exceeded expectations. Very quiet area with lovely balcony and sauna. Breakfast and parking were also good. Highly recommend.

I had only one night. Room was ok but very hot. Breakfast was good. Towels were very bad. Clean but old and very uncomfortable. You guys need to change that only one thing.

The hotel is really nice and the staff is very friendly and polite. Everything is extremely clean and taken care of. The only thing I'd point that can improve is the temperature in the rooms, sometimes it can be too warm.

We stayed at Biala Owca only for one night. The overal experience was fine. The only problem was wrong information at hotels.com- the facility is rated like 5 stars hotel but it was a guest house not a hotel!!! Bear in mind that if you like to stay at hotel. The service was ok, the room with double bed and spacious bathroom was clean. The breakfast was included and good. Sauna was open from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and previous reservation was needed.
