The bunk beds were fairly basic, but the showers were good. The staff were helpful.

The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Great location. The kitchen area was a little dark and gloomy. There also seemed to be a lot of people that seemed to be hanging out lol the time but we’re not necessarily staying there.

Very average stay at Bilbao Metropolitan Hostel by Bossh Hotels. Staff were nice and allowed you to store bags or wait in reception until checkin / after checkout. Location felt a bit unsafe compared to other areas of Bilbao. My room had street lights outside which illuminated the whole of the room and there were no shutters to stop the light. General area was very minimal with not many facilities. Lockers were far too small to store any suitcase (backpack at best) and did not feel secure at all - I think I could have broken into one easily - so did not feel safe leaving any valuable locked up. Bed are close together and every night I had loud snorers so didn't get much sleep, and there are no curtains on the bed for privacy.

Just a typical hostel, nothing great. The major fault was there is no control of the rooms. I had a room where two girls came in for the evening at 10:30 and talked and fussed around until 1pm even after others in the room asked them to stay quite or go out. There is no one at night with authority to deal with this. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

This is a hostal, basic ,clean bedding, shower in room for 6 beds. Centraly located.. good price...

Avoid, stay somewhere else. Too much noise, light coming through the windows at all hours, pay a bit extra and avoid this place: the whole area is ropey. Bilbao is amazing though.

Lovely place for ease of stay not many people like the idea of bunk beds but quick and easy. Lockers provided for safe keeping

Loved every minute of my stay here. So convenient to shop, eat, tour, museums. Tgey have refrigerators and food storage. I was there for a week. The staff is awesome. Great place to stay

The bed was not very comfortable. The staff were nice, but no access to the washer/dryer, or any other products that they advertise "for sale".

The location is good, and its facility is fairly good, but the reception staff are more than bad.

Pleasant place to stay but very busy as is cheap. Location is a little out of the way but not so much that it matters. Is showing some wear and tear due to popularity and could do with employing a GOOD maintenance person for a week or 2 to fix things. Their Netflix works to a point but you can’t actually watch anything.. the movies/tv-shows don’t load properly??

Location is a bit of a walk from everywhere but definitely still walkable. The staff were lovely and accommodating. The bathrooms and kitchen were often not super clean but I feel that was more due to the people staying there rather than the cleaners at the hostel.

First time in Spain. I fall in love Bilbao nice food, sweet kind people. About this Hostel i very impression staff service. They are speak english very helpful free map and a lot information. Thank you staff in Bilbao Metropolitan Hostel by Bossh Hotels. The location it's great for people love to walk estimate around 10-15 mins walking to famous place. Near hostel just 3 mins walk to Super market. I will back Bilbao again and will stay the same hostel. Noted about the bed.... I prefer make from wood more steel because in the night i been stay when someone move body i hear so loud. Louder than 4 guys snoring lol. Need make more tight screw.

I really liked to be in Common Space! It’s open and social, and also people in there are calm.
