Great location - 5 minutes from main train station and in the centre of Edinburgh so could walk easily to all landmarks and restaurants. Despite great location it was quite at night. Modern and clean and no key to remember was a great idea. Would definitely recommend to others and stay there again

The room we booked was beautiful, with a comfortable bed and well-equipped kitchen. Communication was great, and the location is perfect for walking around the city. The only challenge was the cold - with such a high ceiling, and heating that drops regularly on a timer, we struggled to stay warm.

I loved this place. I stayed a second night. The location is great and near a lot of great sites. The process was pretty easy. I met a staff member while coming in and they let me do an early check in. I loved the apartment and I appreciated facing inside the courtyard area. I had a peaceful night in a very comfortable bed. The extra space and washing machine was great. I would definately stay here again.

This was a wonderful, large apartment in a fantastically handy area... so many independent shops and restaurants not even a stone's throw away. It was lovely and nicely kitted out. The only negative is that I was unaware of online check-in until I looked at my e-mail after the point where I would have been able to use it. Other than that, brilliant and highly recommended!!

This property is a perfect vacation spot for a family traveling the the beautiful city of Edinburgh. The rooms were a great size and beautifully decorated. The location is walking distance to the center of town. Highly recommend.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and we’ll definitely be back. Beautiful, spacious apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Love the high ceilings and parquet floors and the nods to the building’s original use. Perfectly situated for old and new town.

Perfect place to stay in Edinburgh

Clean, comfortable and stylish in a fantastic location. It was a little noisy at night, despite the secondary glazing, but to be expected in such a great city centre position.

We had a weekend stay in the Lord Lyon’s Apartment and it was perfect - much bigger than we expected (the photos don’t do it justice) and had everything we needed. It was in the middle of January but the rooms were always warm. The bedroom at the back of tte building meant no street noise. Right in the thick of it and only 5mins from the station - perfect for a treat - I expect we’ll be back

Great-sized apartment within walking distance of the main station and Edinburgh Castle. Check-in was a very easy process; you get check-in details and code before arrival. Lovely molten brown products in the bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped, and it was also nice that the apartment had both a shower and bath. The water gets incredibly hot though, so it might be good to have a warning in the bathroom! The apartment was also clean and well presented. Mostly peaceful, but as I was staying on the weekend, there was a bit of noise late in the evening. I have stayed at the Linton a few times, and it will always be my go to when I visit Edinburgh.

5/5 for location - unbeatable. The room was large, very functional. It was a bit cold and when I asked about additional heating nobody responded. The bathroom was ok - there was a significant amount of mould on the shower head which I cleaned myself. Mattress very lumpy and needs replacing. Honestly not a smart idea to put the smoke alarm directly outside a bathroom with no ventilation. I’d absolutely stay again though- maybe in the warmer months :)

We had a great stay in Edinburgh this year this is our third time. The apartment is in good walking distance for all the sights and amenities. It is very spacious and lovely apartment loved the roll top bath. Exceptionally clean. Although the weather was very miserable we still managed to have a good time an Amazing place to visit. The only things we didn’t like was there’s no microwave and the tv has not got any itv channels. But on the whole a beautiful apartment.

Property is very noisy at night time even with the windows closed. The noises are coming from the bars from people getting drunk. Interior noises are not great either. I can hear people taking showers.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at 28 North Bridge and I highly recommend the Editors apartments. It was clean, excellent location, fully furnished and very spacious. The team were very quick to respond to any queries over email and I was very pleased with my stay. It's located well within the centre and within walking distance of a variety of food places, attractions and sites to see - It's also located close by to a variety of transport options such as busses, trains and tram stations. Overall, couldn't have been happier with my stay, Thank you!

Really enjoyed our stay, beautifully presented apartment, cosy and welcoming on a snowy day. Very comfortable beds, really well equipped. Perfect location for Waverley station. We had breakfast at the nearby Cafe Edinburgh on the High Street which we would also highly recommend.

I was really pleasantly surprised by the overall quality of this accommodation. Spacious high ceiling room, tastefully furnished and decorated, comfortable bed, separate kitchenette, even a washing machine. And of course, the location is amazing. Right in the middle of everything. Close to the Railroad and Bus stations. Would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.
