We really like this hotel, the staff was exceptional. The hotel layout very comfortable and we loved the breakfast space on the third floor.

I could not have asked for a better place to stay for my first few days in Cusco. Wonderful location, beautiful views, gorgeous room, and the staff were fantastic. They helped coordinate my transportation, served excellent breakfasts, and the room was always spotlessly clean. If I ever get to return to Cusco, I will definitely stay at Atoq San Blas again.

Oh my goodness. I cannot say enough about Ana Lucia the receptionist. My brother became ill and had to be hospitalized and all of our plans had to be changed. I was worried sick about my brother and I couldn't even function. Ana Lucia stepped in and saved the day. I was such a wreck but she went above and beyond in helping us rearrange our trip. She was so kind, helpful and professional. Beides that, the breakfast was great, laundry service and all the staff were great.

This hotel was so cute and quaint. The attention to detail and cleanliness was unmatched. The staff were so helpful and friendly. They even gave us great suggestions of things to see and places to eat. The breakfast they serve daily had lots of variety and was delicious. We were very happy during our stay here and will definitely come back again!

Very nice hotel with lovely staff. They offered us breakfast for our early morning wake up for the Inca Trail. Rooms were nice and it’s a nice distance from the Plaza De Armas.

I stayed here for one night after hiking the Inca Trail, having switched from another hotel that I didn’t enjoy - I wish I stayed here my entire time in Cusco. The staff were phenomenal - they were very responsive and enabled me to make arrangements for a massage and airport transfer in advance. When I arrived exhausted, they gave me tea and cookies and made check-in seamless. The bathroom was spacious, the shower had excellent pressure, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and the massage was excellent. I would happily stay here again if I get the chance to return to Cusco.

Nice boutique hotel with friendly staff and great breakfast and view of Cusco, but in March the rooms were cold and damp and heater will turn on only after a certain time. They brought a space heater and extra blankets but it was still cold. Also if you are booking through a 3rd party ( in my case Hotels.com) they will not refund or adjust the room rate so make sure your dates are correct before you book! Once you book even in advance it is non refundable and they won’t make any adjustments or exceptions.

This little boutique hotel is centrally located. What makes this hotel stand out is the people who work there. They are beyond helpful. Employees like Lenin are the stars of the show. Always there to help. The breakfast is very nice with a decent assortment of things to eat. The rooms were very clean and mostly simple. The hotel is central to the art area called San Blas. The price is very attractive and was worth more in my book.

We had an amazing stay at Atoq San Blas Hotel, and I can honestly say the entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Even before arriving in Cusco, the hotel already impressed us by coordinating our airport transfer for only $10. We reserved it through their WhatsApp, and when we landed, the taxi was already waiting for us at the airport. That level of organization immediately made our arrival stress-free. When we arrived at the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by Erika, who truly set the tone for our stay. She offered us tea right away and took the time to explain which teas help with altitude sickness, which was incredibly thoughtful. She was very patient and thorough when explaining everything; WiFi, breakfast, tours, and general recommendations. From the very beginning, she made us feel comfortable and cared for. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained, which made it a relaxing place to come back to after long days of exploring Cusco. The breakfast staff were also wonderful; kind, attentive, and always smiling. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of options including fresh fruits, drinks, cook-to-order eggs, and many more.
