Staff were great! They allowed me to park my motorcycle in their garage. The breakfast was appropriate and staff friendly. My concerns were that the hotel room was very old and dated. The bathroom was not that clean and there was no air conditioning (it was very hot). The staff alone are worth staying there.

Parking was readily available. Francesco was very friendly and welcoming. Very clean and excellent shower. Breakfast was very minimal. Only bread and pastries. Coffee was very good.

Been here before so knew exactly what to expect. We chose it for its proximity to the centre of the city. A city we liked and felt comfortable in. The city itself is also central to several other locations of interest such as Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Monteriggioni and Certaldo which was, once again a plus. The hotel is certainly not posh and many may complain about it but we wouldn't. The parking was limited but we were fine fortunately. The breakfast wasn't full of choice but there was enough for us and the blokes who ran the place were friendly, helpful and informative. We'll probably come back here within a year so and that says it all really. No lift, unfortunately.

Quando cheguei no hotel me assustei, pois achei que seria algo muito velho. Mas o quarto era recém reformado e muito confortável. A limpeza era excelente. O hotel fica a poucos minutos a pé do centro historico e poucos minutos de carro de San Gimignano

Stanza un po' sporca e situata affianco ad un campanile. Le campane suonano a partire dalle 6 della mattina...

Bon petit déjeuner. Très calme.

Camera pulita ma con odore di chiuso e non isolata dai rumori del quartiere. Bagno molto piccolo. Uno dei due receptionist molto gentile e disponibile, l'altro con cui abbiamo fatto il check in non ci ha dato nessuna informazione oltre ad averci fatto aspettare mezz'ora. Colazione basica ma buona. In generale servirebbe un ammodernamento. Non c'è l'ascensoree.

Ottimo albergo situato in una posizione favorevole perchè è vicino alle stazioni dei treni e dei pullman. Personale molto gentile e cordiale.
