The worst hotel experience I have ever had. Broken sewer pipe in my bathroom. Hotel would not give me a new room. I had to sit in there lobby for two hours until they gave me one. Expedia, nor the hotel will refund me money for that one night. After reading other reviews this is a pattern with this hotel. Dont even think of staying here. Very unhappy with Expedia as well.

Please check your plates, glass cups and silverware everything is always dirty. The manager of the restaurant is very rude. Will not be going back to this place nor would i recommend it.

Our room was spacious, however it was only cleaned twice in a week and we had to ask for them to refill our bathroom supplies after the clean. The pool was a really good size and was nice to relax next to during the day. We did need to request towels each day which got a little monotonous, it would have been nice for the staff to prepare these in advance. The breakfast buffet was tasty and the ingredients like bread, vegetables and fruit were always fresh. Though it would have been nice to have a little variety day-to-day, but we were out of season why may be why it didn't vary. The hotel is positioned right on the beach with a beautiful jetty, perfect for relaxing by the sea. The beach was always safe and clean and we had no problem with our child playing there. There are other restaurants located nearby on the sea, so you can get variety when you eat out. Apart from the seaside, the nearby area has a few basic supermarkets but not much else for tourists. The roads also have poor pavements making it dangerous to walk with children by the roadside. Therefore we found it necessary to take taxis to different places. The staff were always friendly.

Great little spot that is unassuming from the front but the back space at the beach is wonderful. Really great staff and service.

This hotel is amazing! When you check in it looks unassuming but just wait until you see their beach front area! Just simply gorgeous and breathtaking! The staff are super friendly and always greeted us with smiles! We felt very well taken care of and very welcoming!

Boutique hotel, staff very friendly and helpful

Our recent stay at Faros Hotel was a good experience. The beach access was convenient, and September's lower crowds made it even more enjoyable. The staff was impressively professional and attentive. Breakfast was tasty, and the hotel restaurant served good food all day. The pool area was a lovely retreat. If you're considering staying around Gölköy and Türkbükü areas for your next stay, Faros Hotel is a solid choice.

Property location is absolutely fantastic. It’s right on the beach. They have a lounge area that extends over the water and it’s awesome. Food at their Felix restaurant is really good too. Property is clean, quite well maintained and the staff at the reception are just awesome.

Not sure where to start. I really feel we got the worst location on probably, at check I did ask to be moved before we took the room but was denied. The room was too far from the wifi, which I let reception know but after they tried to fix it it was still not working. If you like firm beds your gonna love this place. The beds were firm as a rock. The sun would be super bright since there was no black out curtains. Limited English at the front desk which I guess I can understand so little help is available. Lastly we had two free drink tickets which were not given to us upon check in and asked the manager about. They said they would remove two drinks off the tab we had but upon checkout only one was removed. Also had an issue with an order at the restaurant the wrong item came out and I said I would pay for the up charge if they can change it to the one I wanted. Manager said no. In the end we changed flights and left a day early.

I had an amazing time in Bodrum staying for 3 weeks at luxurious Faros hotel. Everything okay as spot on from room size and amenities,balcony was huge bonus for me. Food choices was great. Nice buffet breakfast. Hotel has it own pool and beach is walking distance. Best part for me was I was there bit out of season and was quite and not overcrowded. Warm recommendation for anyone vacation.

I have mixed feelings. If you are not picky and if you are only focused on swimming then this hotel will be good for you. Otherwise, this is a boutique hotel, you will not get vip service. My booking said deluxe room with pool view but I did not get such a room. When I asked about it, they said that ad was for all rooms. Wifi was so bad that you should safely assume you will not get any. I did not use my 10 euro vip benefit because I felt that I might be charged more than accurate. You should look at your final bill closely: I didn’t use the mini bar but I was charged for it. They eliminated the fee after I objected. Breakfast was very good. Restaurant staff and room cleaning staff were excellent.

We loved this charming boutique hotel. Even better in person than online pictures. Rooms are bright, spacious, and super clean. Staff and services fantastic. Location on tranquil bay with lounge chairs, bar, and restaurant at water’s edge -absolutely gorgeous.

J’ai séjourné deux fois dans cet hôtel cet été. L’accueil est chaleureux, le personnel est attentif, la plage privée est agréable et l’emplacement, calme, se prête bien à un séjour en famille. En revanche, les chambres mériteraient plus d’entretien (rideaux tachés, un peu de poussière, plâtre qui s’effrite, éclairage insuffisant). J’ai également constaté une différence entre les chambres concernant le nombre de chaînes TV. Enfin, une odeur d’égout récurrente dans les toilettes l’après-midi pourrait être facilement atténuée avec un désodorisant.
