The hotel is very good, with room service routine for cleaning our room. A shuttle to Haram is available. Thanks to Ali for good service for us.

The accommodation, facilities and food was good. The housekeeping particularly named Sohel also very nice and good. Only walking distance to Haram was a bit sloopy.

The hotel is good, close to the mosque, delicious breakfast, friendly service. The distance from the hotel to the mosque is -+500 meters, only the road is a bit uphill so it's a bit tiring.

We enjoyed our stay at Shaza Makkah, excellent service, food & the rooms were comfortable, clean & of high standard. The staff were great, very helpful, would like to make a special mention of Salem who went the extra mile in helping us in train bookings, & helping us in anyway he could. We hope to return again.

4 star standard hotel if in Indonesia, friendly service ... officers can speak English from receptionist to storage of goods ... as long as rooms are available, check in is faster without being charged starting at 12.00 a.m. 700m walk ... if Third Expansion has finished then the 150m ckp just crosses the bridge. Every hour there is a shuttle that will deliver to the front underpass of the Umroh Gate / King Fahd Extension. Food provides local, western and Asian tastes.
