Exceptional Service and a Wonderful Surprise Upgrade I had made two separate reservations—one for a suite and another for a regular room—due to an unexpected extension of my trip. To my surprise, the reception manager, a truly kind and professional lady, upgraded my standard room to a suite for the additional day. I didn’t even request anything she just made it happen! From the moment I arrived, the guest service was absolutely impeccable. Every interaction with the staff felt warm, attentive, and effortless. Many thanks to the great staff and will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend!

I loved my stay at The Santa Maria! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were super helpful and friendly and the spa services were AMAZING!

This property is luxury and comfort. Friendly staff, great but expensive sunday brunch and breakfast buffet. Highly recommend it to pamper yourself

By far One of the best hotels in Panama !

The entire staff at The Santa Maria was excellent. The hotel was kept in impeccable condition. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. Anytime we needed something sent to our room it was there in a matter of minutes. The pool area was sufficient and clean. The only 2 negatives in my opinion was the food options. We are vegetarian and the food options were extremely limited. If you didn't do the breakfast buffet and decided to go a la cart it took a very, very long time for the food to come out. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Great Hotel and staff!

10/10 luxury Hotel. First time in Panama. My family (2 adults 2 teens-17 &14) had a fantastic vacation at the Santa Maria Golf and Resort from start to finish. When we arrived, we were well served by the concierge team and the property was so beautiful. The front desk was very welcoming and top tier.. We spent 5 nights at the resort. The pool was exceptional and the golf course immaculate. Room service came everyday- fresh towels, cleaned the room, replenished our coffee area and fridge. Breakfast was delicious; lots of variety of food. The only negative, they do not have a designated gift shop but they had a long strip nearby, walkable distance with a pharmacy, pet store, etc…we will come back

Luxury is the word!!! The resort is clean, spacious, and has many options. The main ingredient of this resort is the staff. All of them make you feel like your the only one in the hotel. They make you feel like you are family. They know your needs before you do. The resort is beautiful, The golf coarse is nice and they were working on it while we were there. the pool area is just amazingly pretty and relaxing, The Bartenders are the best. Lets not forget the room service. They were just impeccable checking in on you a couple times a day, bringing you water and chocolates each night. I just cant say enough good things about this resort and its staff. Whenever I am in Panama this is where I will be staying.
