Breakfast was pretty good. For the amount of money that you pay per night, the hotel should provide in-room complementary coffee. also, guests should have the option to put a “do not disturb” sign.

Perfect for families with small kids, ton of supervised kids activities, great food and amenities. Super kind and helpful staff.

We had a relaxing stay at Vila Gale. It’s a beautiful property. The restaurant service staff were all great. However for a five start hotel the beds should be more comfortable and please get softer toilet paper! The toilet paper was so rough and cheap.

We stayed here with groups of other family members for a wedding in Sintra. It was a lovely experience… far removed from the bustle of downtown Sintra, lovely grounds, an elaborate included breakfast buffet, and very kind staff. In particular, we were grateful that the hotel manager agreed to refund us when we discovered we accidentally double booked a room.

No good breakfast options for vegetarian/ vegan. Only hi caloric,sweet,high glycemic food items provided. Could not offer any other options Also if your spouse is ill they will not allow you to take them breakfast to your room Value for money is poor to average

The hotel facilities are very good. We stayed in March so we couldn't take advantage of the many swimming pools, however the views from our rooms made this stay very enjoyable. It's close proximity to Sintra palaces make it an ideal place to stay.

Delighted to return for the second time, our experience surpassed expectations once again. The kids' club activities proved to be a highlight for our children, providing them with entertaining and engaging experiences. We, too, appreciated the opportunity to unwind and indulge in some relaxation. Without a doubt, this hotel has solidified its place as our favorite. Looking forward to future visits!

I received dirty sandals in room 210 on 8/22. no iron. Way too expensive for the dirtyness

Quick drive to highway and far enough to enjoy the quiet nature around the hotel.

The location is amazing, as are the inclusive facilities. It is very family friendly as well. The restaurant staff were also very friendly and the food both plentiful and exceptional. The all-you-can eat buffet in the evening is €30 each though. Constructive criticisms: there was an unpleasant sewage smell in the mornings. There is no public transport, so you will need to pay for a taxi. That costs €10 each way, so worth baring in mind.
