We stayed at the hotel for a night, really enjoyed the area around the hotel, saw some deers. The owner was very friendly. We had a lovely meat and cheese platters for dinner.

I loved staying here. The hotel is nestled in a beautiful, green hillside in the Black Forest area. So peaceful with a little stream running down beside it. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Good breakfast. The hotel is just about an hour drive away from Europark, but out of the hustle of city life. With a rentacar the hotel is very easy to reach and is within range of a variety of sights to explore. Near it is a quaint town with restaurants and shops. In summary, the hotel is ideally located if you want to get out of the big cities and into the Black Forest area and relax while at the same time being able to scoot around and experience the local culture and tourist sights with a car. If we have another opportunity to visit this area, I would love to stay here again!

Our experience at this property was great. Staff are welcoming, helpful and kind. The place is comfortable for road-travel tourists, clean and cute facility. Breakfast was so good and worthy. I would love to come back!

The owner/manager went above and beyond. We arrived a little late (after check in hours) and he waited for us just to be sure we had a place to stay. Beautiful property. The views are amazing and the property is in great shape. We did not have a chance to eat there but the restaurant looks great. Thanks for having us there

15min ride outside of Triberg, but quiet and rustic. Hotel is modern with an outstanding owner who will assist you in any way imaginable.

Booked this hotel for the night and paid. Drove from Switzerland and got to the area of the hotel to find i had emails about what time i had to check in by...8pm...couldnt make that time so i called the hotel. Wouldnt check me in and wouldnt return my money. Email said many amenities werent available because of construction. Book at your own risk. Never had this happen before. Lost money and had to find another hotel.

Room was clean but basic. Overall satisfied with the stay.

Our reservation said 4:00 pm check in time however we got there and the manager was not there and told us we were early and check in was not until 6:00pm. Through the intercom box he was going to give us a room but the first 4 rooms he tried to assign us were already taken. We finally got a key and room and the room was very clean and nice. Later in the evening, we were told there was a tourist tax for the village which had to be paid in cash or by personal bank transfer. No extra amenities such as microwave, fridge, or coffee.

The hotel is about 3 kilometers from the village and it appears they do not do much business in the summer; thus, the restaurant was closed.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Easy parking. Only stayed 1 night with no time to explore the area; however it looked like a very nice town.

Nice hotel, easy to find, clean, check in and check out process was simple. My issue was the blankets were not near warm enough for the season and no extra blankets available in the room. The church bells went off HOURLY even at night, so being a light sleeper I was awoken regularly. The breakfast the next morning was filling and country appropriate.

Very nice hotel. We took our kids and the room had 2 rooms with very comfortable beds and their restaurant has toys for the kids which I loved. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

L hôtel est charmant, on s y sent vraiment bien. Situé à proximité de la gare pour prendre le train, Lidl pas loin. Le petit déjeuner est à un prix raisonnable. Seul bémol le restaurant était en rénovation, pr un budget famille il aurait été intéressant d avoir un micro ondes a disposition pr les dîners. La voiture est indispensable. Le propriétaire est vraiment gentil.

Les restos sont ouverts de 17 à 19 H. Il y a peu de restos dans le coin. De qui se moque t'on ? Est ce là la convivialité allemande ?
