Great location near subway stop, clean, small, comfortable rooms. Breakfast not worth the added cost.

The hotel is perfect for a short stay. From the staff to the hot water and the air conditioner everything went smoothly and on time.

Big room, new or newly refurbished, nearby tube stops and with free street parking on the road overnight. The break was good quality, even though there weren't too many food options. I would have also liked to have iron and ironing board cause travelling on business, these were not in the room. I would stay here again.

The property was excellent overall and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, I would not give this hotel 5 stars until it figures out how to ensure there is Wi-Fi across the hotel. The two rooms we had were on the front side of the building and the Wi-Fi was absolutely unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. For the cost and as a hotel that advertises itself to foreigners, this must improve. We literally had to stand my the door in order to simply check email or pull up the subway map. This made our trip much more difficult. Another router or two is required.

Hip place! Great location. Parking garage a HUGE plus! Great breakfast in AM. Room was super clean. AIR CONDITIONING! Really a nice place.

Room was spacious and tasteful in a minimalist fashion. A/C was marvelous. Bed and lighting was very comfortable. Very bad experience with front desk. Asked for an extra pillow - no. Asked for a bike rental - no. Asked for late check out - no. Used the overnight parking one night, but was tried to charge me two nights €50. After asking about purchasing late check out availability, denied but allowed one more hour - manager forgot and told me I stayed beyond allotted checkout.. Hmm, just earlier you told me I was cool to stay an hour.

Our family rented 3 rooms at this hotel. It is stylish and impeccably clean. It is located a short walk from the Englisher Garten, right next to several organic grocery stores, restaurants, and the Giselastrasse train station. I will always stay here when visiting Munich.

Wonderful property and rooms! Breakfast was another amazing highlight. Definitely worth the additional price when booking. Staff was very helpful in assisting my recycling ♻️ and environmental questions. Even got a credit for skipping daily cleaning 😊. Will be coming back to this property next year.

The room was nice and modern. Breakfast was good but 19 euros per person was a bit expensive in our opinion. The pillows were as flat as a pancake and even after asking for an extra pillow it was still so flat. Overall it’s a nice modern, clean hotel, but for how expensive it was we weren’t super impressed!

In a great neighborhood that was close to where I needed to go.

Super clean, well designed room for 3 adults. Very flexible and helpful service. Easy access to Englischer Garten, Bavarian restaurants and public transport into old town. Had a fabulous stay.
