Very disappointed that I was left uninformed that the hotel is undergoing major renovation. Saw few guests also got very confused. The 1st floor was completely a work site. Dusty. In the morning, people with hard hats working around. Lobby was relocated to 5th floor from a make shift guest room turned into small office with few tables. The reception literally handed over an earplug apologizing that work will start from 8am to 5pm so there will be noises. If this has been well informed in advance, I will not make the hotel booking here. Feels like a false advertisement.

The staff speaks Japanese. There is a laundry room on the second floor, and ice, a water dispenser, and a freezer are also available. It's a convenient location for those who plan to visit Gangnam and Apgujeong. Since it's in an office district, it's recommended to avoid commuting times if you're staying on a weekday.

Convenient transportation, many restaurants, near coex.

Great Hotel. Awesome location. It is located in the Gangnam area, and the hotel is just 2 minutes away from the MRT. Also, there is a 7-11 in the next building and also great restaurants within a 5 minute walk. I would recommend this hotel to any tourist who comes to Seoul.

Everything is exceptional except the cleanliness in the bathroom could be improved a bit (mold in the grout).

Have been staying in coex areas. This is one is the furthest (still managable), but the best so far. Like it so much. Near many restaurants too.
