Everything about our stay was wonderful. The hotel is in a great location, the rooms were clean, and the staff—especially the room service team—were incredibly helpful and friendly.

This is a no-frills hotel, but clean and convenient to the airport. It served as a spot for a few hours’ sleep and a shower before catching an early flight.

Great value, very friendly service, super easy access to free tram to downtown. On site parking garage at a reasonable rate. We enjoyed our stay and the value was very good,plus room was spacious and nice. We would stay there again

Friendly staff

We stayed at the hotel in December (2 adults 2 kids 12y.old). The hotel is a 25-30min walk from the center but the bus No 1 is right outside the hotel and has frequent buses running all day. The hotel will provide free tickets for all your days of stay so this makes going to the center very easy and straightforward. The buses are frequent and comfortable and not too crowded. The staff at the hotel was very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was always fresh with a good variety and we especially loved the pretzels. The room was clean and warm in December and the sofa bed was comfy and a very good size to comfortably fit two adults. All in all we loved our stay in Salzburg! We would definitely come back!

Lots of breakfast choices! They have a parking garage for parking and laundry facilities for cleaning your clothes at 5 Euro a load. There is also food served in the evening. P The room was clean and nice, they even left us apples and still water as a welcoming gift. Would stay here again!

Pretty good. It’s on a relatively busy road so keep that in mind. It’s about a 25-30 minute walk to downtown Salzburg so not really walkable if you want to go back and forth throughout the day. There is a bus stop outside so that was very convenient. The room was average. It had what I needed, other than an ironing board. Would probably find something a bit closer to downtown next time but would stay here again if I couldn’t find anything.

This is a very convenient place to stay in Salzburg. There is a parking garage available. You are steps from the main bus route to take you to all the sughts of Old Town.

Poor customer service. The first day my husband ask for a cup of coffee they charged him 4.50 Euro. The second day my husband bought his coffee from a bakery outside was going to have it in the garden. The lady at the front desk stopped him said since you didn’t buy the coffee here you can’t use the garden. I told her but we are staying here still she said I don’t care.

The room is sparkling clean, the bed/ pillows are so comfortable, and we had a good sleep. I also like the mountain view from our room. The staff at the reception and the servers at the restaurant are so helpful and kind. The breakfast is also very good, lots of choices. I would highly recommend this hotel

Fun hotel with awesome breakfast that is on a busline yhat gets you downtown in 15 minutes. Unique design to room; European style with comfy beds. But the breakfast spread and staff of hotel were amazing. Front desk personnel took great care of us and explained what we needed to know.

We loved this hotel! The staff was friendly, check in was easy, the room was a nice size and very clean. We walked to historic Salzburg in about 25 minutes. There is a nice bakery across the street so we could grab a breakfast sandwich and latte and make our way to all the sights. We would definitely stay here again
