Great location, excellent value, clean bathroom, bed linen and towels. Table and chairs needed up grading along with a smarter dressing table. Then this hotel would be very good.

You definitely get what you pay for. Absolutely filthy in places. My towel had a clump of hair, most likely from the previous guest, inside it. The cleaning ladies were incompetent too. I requested for 2 towels multiple times, but my request just fell on deaf ears. Stay away please.

This hotel is in a perfect location across the street from Hyeopjae Beach and has nice views of the ocean. Other than that, it’s hard to recommend. The rooms are nowhere near as nice as the photos would suggest and have been poorly maintained. The hotel claims that the front desk is staffed from 9-9 each day, but I saw an employee only three times in four days, and two of those times were outside of the supposed hours. If you have a problem there will be likely no one to help you and no one ever answers the phone. The hotel claims it has free parking on site but that’s a bit deceptive. There’s a small free public lot behind the hotel that fills up quickly and a large paid beach parking lot across the street. If you can stay somewhere else, I would suggest doing so.

This hotel was fine in terms of having four walls and a locking door. But… that was about it. There were holes in the walls from the door handle, mold in the bathroom, and the bed was like sleeping directly on the box spring. For one night, it was fine. But I wouldn’t stay here longer.

This property is very convenient because is a steps to the beach. The location is great but doesn't have parking even when you can park around, is difficult to find a parking spot. The room wasn't clean, I found hair all over to the bathroom which is disgusting for me.

It is well located; near the beach, restaurants & cafes. Hallim park is also a stone's throw away. However, the room & amenities are dated. Our room was provided with only 1 large towel per day.

The hotels location is fabulous! There is a convenience store right underneath and restaurants nearby. However there were a few issues. First none of the second key cards worked which they said they couldnt help with. There was a mold issue in the bathrooms on the celing and walls (to be expected of korean bathrooms I guess) the people at the front desk although tried, struggled to speak english, and when we tried to speak korean they would just try again in english even though our korean was good enough to understand - in the end we just gave up asking for help. There was also a number at the front desk to call incase no one was their but the phone was always left at the front desk too. I would highly recommend also not to paly music in the corridors after 8pm. I had an early start so needed a good nights sleep but it was quite loud. They had obviously put money in some areas, for example to automatic toilets and big tv's. However the money would be better spent on getting rid of the mold, installing the wall hairdryer which was just left in the box so we had to hold the wall fixture to dry our hair, and fixing dents in the walls from previous tenets. Nonetheless, we still had a nice few days in jeju, and the hotel was comfortable enough to sleep in!

The hotel is above a few small shops and a coffee chain, the view and room itself is perfect for what I was looking for. The full length windows are fantastic and allow a great view of the beach and local area. The checkin was quick and check out was just as fast. Shower was incredible and modern as was the rest of the hotel. I wish I had stayed the previous night as well but I wasn't able to check out of my previous hotel sooner.

Room is clean and the large window facing the beach is great. However, the poor quality of the renovation shows. The room design is lacking somewhat for the price charged and as a beach resort, e.g. the shower screen does not stop the water from flowing out (and wetting half the toilet), no place to dry wet swimming clothes, etc.

Small hotel, nicest looking in area, generally clean (though bathroom ledges were dusty and table surfaces stained - white is tough colour to keep pristine), modern decor in white and blue, has fridge, kettle, most amenities and necessities provided including bottled water, a few English movie channels on TV, 2 pillows per person, bed was hard (which I prefer), no disposable bedroom slippers (which appears the norm in Korea), a GS25 convenience store next door, Holly cafe at lobby, Donata pizza a skip away. Hyeopjae Beach a disappointment (saw lots other prettier beaches).

A great view of the beach and a cafe down stairs. It's my third stay with them, the service is excellent.
