I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Definitely appreciated the proximity to Universal and also shopping strips as well. Emilly was a server during breakfast and she was amazing. She was very friendly with us and got to know it was my birthday and she broight me a a slice of cake with a candle. A very simple and thoughtful gesture. I also had asked for the air filters to the room changed and it was handled immediately.

It was a nice quiet hotel even though there were a lot of guests. The rooms were spacious and included a small kitchen area, living room, 2 televisions, beds and a bathroom. Great size for family. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. The location of the hotel was so close to everything. The shuttle service back and forth to Hotel and Universal was convenient. Would stay here again.

It was a great stay the hotel is in excellent condition very clean and the breakfast area was very good.

Staff very nice. Emilly was great. She helped us too much and she was very nice. The hotel is on front Universal and Outlets. I will use again. We were five persons. I would like no charge the parking, at least for one car.

Loved the hotel and pool and the breakfast was great. FYI you have to pay 22$ for parking.

Seamless check-in process. Clean lobby, hallways, and rooms. Room layout in the suite was very cool with the closable sliding door to separate the sleeping area from the living area and the bunk beds. Privacy was nice. Hotel was pretty quiet to say we came for Easter weekend. Rates were standard. Would stay here again!

Came down for a quick 3 day trip to Universal and Epic. Very nice hotel! Very clean throughout, the bed was comfortable, and the pool setup was great! The pool/lobby bar did not open until 4 though, which took away from being able to relax by the pool with a drink during the day. Overall a really great stay though!

Worked great for our family. Could walk to Universal City Walk and the outlet mall. Larger than normal hotel room. Two queen beds and a pull out couch. Nice breakfast with a good variety of options.
