Cheap and secure, the room was clean and in good shape. The hotel is outside of town and it’s not great unless you have a car.

Check in was very nice and he was very helpful. The room is perfect for what you pay. Breakfast was OK.

Rooms were quiet, with ac and a fridge.

Hotel is ok, old fashion, far away from Siena center. We stayed only one night.

The property was really very nice it was close to town.

The whole experience was awful - I give below just a few reasons. 1. One cannot check-in after 11 pm as nobody stays at the reception overnight. They could've give me the code for unlocking the outside gate but could not care less. 2. The WiFi works sporadically, meaning almost never. 3. There are no restaurants nearby, so you have to take a bus or walk to the city to eat. But then again, if you are back after 11 pm they would lock you outside. 4. Almost nobody from the staff speaks English. 5. They wake you up in the morning to offer you something even if the "do not disturb" sign hangs on the door (see item 4). I think this should be enough to make you think twice before booking this establishment. Cheers, Nicolae

Staff had left the building during business hours, so I had to call them and wait 15 minutes for them to come back. Room wasn’t very clean. Good location outside of Siena, but low-quality hotel.

Good value for money.

Breakfast included, staff was pleasant. Did not like that dinner napkins were supplied as hand towels, beds were not great, could not open windows as there were no screens on windows

Beautiful hotel. Great views. Breakfast was meh. We were really only there to sleep then headed out early. Staff was great. Gave us lots of tips on Sienna.

The location, the price and the staff at the reception were fantastic. It has comfortable parking spots and breakfast is included. Despite the fact that the place is a little bit run down, Upon arrival, the staff was most helpful in getting me settled and provided a map and very good advice on places to go for lunch. Although I was a bit weary of being sent to tourist traps, that was definitely not the case. I would definitely repeat my visit if I'm ever in the area again.

Great stay in Siena! The hotel was comfortable though on the small side for our family of four (2 adult children). The breakfast served was very good and had options for everyone!

We enjoyed the pleasant conversation at the front desk , great service arrived early and was offered coffee Till the room was ready
