I loved my stay

Thanks for everything you put me in 100 years ago your decoration, design and breakfasts were perfect

It was a beautiful experience. The staff were courteous and informative. The property was tranquil and majestic. The breakfast was so lovely. We would love to stay again when visiting Victoria. We enjoyed our visit

Staff was super sweet and welcoming, our room was spotless upon arrival and we really enjoyed our stay! Nice area too, quiet but close to downtown:)

Absolutely gorgeous! The room was comfortable and charming and the huge bathtub was to die for! Such luxury and incredible service!!

The breakfast was absolutely amazing! I had a wonderful soak in the clawfoot tub in our room. Staff was very friendly. Would recommend to friends and family.

It was a beautiful house, full of character. The decor was delightful: a floating mahogany staircase and stunning leaded light windows. The bedroom was huge, as was the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and everywhere was spotless. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was exceptional. We highly recommend staying here.

The breakfast was amazing and accommodated my gluten free diet. We had the garden room off to the side it was perfect!

A nice quaint place to stay. Very comfortable and lovely breakfast.

The atmosphere here is awesome, and the building looks amazing, both inside and outside. However, the breakfasts were really disappointing. There was bad communication about what food was available. For example, they served poached eggs without asking if we wanted them, and some people left them untouched. Another breakfast was also very repetitive, with fruits, scones, and toasts with fruits – basically the same thing twice. Just asking about egg choices beforehand would have made a huge difference.

A trip down a historical time! What a breakfast!!!!!

Time period inn, with well kept furniture of the era. Check in the seamless. We could not get the furnace to turn on, but everything else worked as intended. Not the most comfortable bed / chair. Nice working window, standing tub.

Beautiful old hotel, really great neighborhood, parking on site, close to the Victorian rose garden and Craigdarroch Castle
