Hot spring is wonderful. Room is clean and staff is helpful.

Super good food with many choices, clean room with very nice services and a convenient location for restaurants and shopping and sights seeing’s.

Food is good

Staff was friendly, sheets and pillows were clean (no foul odour), soaking area was clean, decor was quirky, 24 hours snack bar, parking was fuss free.

Convenient and yet quiet location. Easy walk to bus and train station. Decent breakfast. Will stay again when visiting Jiaoxi.

Very clean area. Walkable to train and bus stations. Did not like that it does not have a fitness facility.

Great location & service!

Overall is good. The staffs are polite. However the bath foot pad and have mold growth. The cleaning staff should make sure it is clean and dry before releasing it to the room.

Hotel is clean & modern. Room is very spacious with private onsen & a small balcony. It’s such a treat to stay here. You’ll never go hungry. Cafe is open 24hrs with drinks & snacks (mostly biscuits) available self service. They offer ice cream too. Breakfast was delicious but can get very crowded at an earlier timing. Will come back for a longer stay when we revisit next time.

We had a wonderful stay. Clean & spacious, rooms are well appointed. Everything you expect of a Taiwanese hotel is there. The onsen in the room was definitely a plus. Buffet breakfast was great. If there’s anything to complain, it’s probably the bed which was harder than I’m used to. But we were so tired after a long day out, I slept through anyway. My only regret was that we only had a night there. Didn’t have time to really explore the area surrounding it. Will certainly return if we revisit Jiaoxi.

Everything was so perfect, especially, the in-room onsen. The only shortfall was breakfast staff. 4-5 girls playing around talking and laughing and watching cell phones rather serve customers. You rarely see this phenomenon in Taiwan. Most Taiwanese are hard-working people. They rarely play around during working hours.

I stayed at Vasty for 1 night with my families, 2 elderlies, and we all enjoyed the hotel. It provides great customer service and comfort -- free round of shuttle transfer from/to the hotel, and a modern, stylish, and open-space cafe where you can relax with a variety of complementary premium coffee, tea, and snacks. The hotel is also very well situated in an high-end district that is very close to everywhere one needs to be in Jiao Xi. So overall, I would give this hotel a 5 stars review if everything I just said matter to you! On the other hand, a suggestion for future travel about this hotel (definitely not a complain!) is that the hotel models after the hot spring style of northern Europe instead of Japan, which one needs to wear a swimsuit before entering the pool. If you are someone who prefers Japanese style hot spring, or if you don't mind enjoying th hot spring at the comfort of your room, this hotel IS FOR YOU! Your room will come with a great hot spring tub, which you could enjoy at anytime! Enjoy your stay 😀
