Very comfortable and clean. Nice breakfast. We were in room 6 and the en-suite was particularly small. Would stay again.

Liked the style and comfort of the old house. Exceptionally good breakfast. Pleasant welcome. Convenient for Minack Theatre and other local attractions. One thing to be aware is that bedroom 1 is not en suite, although the separate bathroom is super.

I stay away quite a bit all business related. The room was a single room which had everything I needed. The WiFi was good and worked well. Plenty of USB charging points which was good. Lots of other normal power sockets. The complimentary bottled water was a nice touch. Off street in parking was good too. I stayed for 3 nights. If there was anything negative to say would be that breakfast time was too restrictive as it started at 08.00am. I managed to have breakfast on the first day but the other 2 I left for work earlier and therefore was unable to have breakfast. Maybe I should of received some kind of refund for not having breakfast for the 2 days.

Superb breakfast, with a huge array of many different types of fresh fruits (as well as cooked options if wanted) and delicious home made jams and excellent coffee. This was the best breakfast I have ever had in the UK. Everything was also spotlessly clean, and it was very quiet with lovely views from the room. An easy ten minute walk to St Just along a footpath The only negative point in an otherwise superb guest house was that it was incredibly hot in the bedroom with an extremely thick, heavy duvet which I had to chuck in the cupboard. The mattress was also very thick and hot. This wasn't even in the very hot weather (outside air temp was 18 °C) There were no instructions for how to operate a ceiling fan.

Room was advertised as a small double. That’s being very economical with the truth with the bed pushed up against the wall. Even as a single room it would be small. Owner denied knowledge of us having a dog even when we had rung prior to booking. Room had flies and was very oppressive. We left immediately and owners refused to refund which was grossly unfair as we had not been there longer than 20 minutes

Location of B&B had great Cornwall countryside views very reasonable for summer rates. We will definitely consider this B&B again if we return. If you are looking for a great B&B this is one."

The property was beautiful, well proportioned and well maintained in a fairly easily accessible location by car. The hostess was polite and courteous but could have been more welcoming and helpful.

What a fabulous place. The host is very helpful and the area is amazing. Very tasty breakfast as well. Overall, a fantastic stay!

This hotel is in a great place if you're headed to Land's End, it's only about 10 minutes away by road. Close to Penzance as well for supermarkets and the train station. The hotel itself is a charming historic building with all the mod-cons you'd expect in a hotel. The room was very cozy and impeccably clean. The owners were very helpful and friendly. At breakfast, there was an excellent selection of cereals, fruits, pastries, etc. Although you could also order a cooked breakfast made to order. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend it.
