Amazing views and amazing rooms!

From the entrance of the property, this hotel/resort takes your breath away. It is situated on an absolutely beautiful golf resort with rolling hills and a beautiful view of the lake. We would come back to the property early to enjoy the radiant sunsets. As a guest of the hotel, you can enjoy the driving range for free. Breakfast options were sparse but fairly standard for Switzerland. A few members of the staff were not as helpful. Be aware that if you’re relying on public transportation, one bus stop is about a 10 minute walk up the steep hill while another is about 2 minutes but doesn’t go as far as the main Lucerne station. The property is about 10-15 minutes by bus from the Lucerne main station. Property was very clean and the rooms were the largest we had in Switzerland.

Modern, spacious, beautiful views

Spacious room with panoramic view of mountains, lake and golf course, nice huge bathroom. Kind and accommodating staff at the reception. Golf club is beautiful. Not many options for breakfast however service is excellent.

The best location, views and luxury room! Beds were SO comfy, room was HUGE and immaculate. Highly recommend over staying In Lucerne- website does not do this hotel justice. Only downside was no robes in room and my room was missing a coffee pot-our friends had both items in their room so probably a fluke!

Pleasantly surprised. Modern and large rooms with good fittings & facilities. Limited breakfast service but with good quality. Professional, attentive and friendly service from staff.

Breathtaking views! Simply beautiful. A safe space nestled in the midst of a golf, mountains, lakes, and stunning scenery. Very modern and eco friendly hotel. Wish there was air conditioning in the rooms however im certain in the colder months its a splendid experience.

الفندق كان ممتاز بشكل عام و الاطلالة روووعة، الفندق نظيف و العاملين تعاملهم حلو ودائماً يرحبون فينا وساعدونا في كل اللي طلبناه منهم، الاكل كان جيد و غريب في نفس الوقت يعني ما احس انه يناسب العرب و المسلمين يعني لو تتم اضافة بعض الوجبات الاضافية بيكون شي مناسب، اما الفطور كان جميل ومنوع و الموظفين وفروا لنا كل ما نحتاجه

We stayed here for a night on Christmas day. We had self check-in which was fine, the instructions given to us were very clear. The room allocated to us was superb, spacious and modern with a big balcony looking out to the mountains and golf course. Breakfast the next day was very good. Most of all, the staff were excellent and friendly and accommodating. I rang the emergency number during the evening to try and get some medicql supplies and the gentleman who answered could not have been more helpful. Also, the bed was super comfortable and the bathtub in the room created a romantic atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Very nice golf course, beautiful views!

The view is amazing from all the rooms which is the best thing. Rooms are spacious. Didn't like some if the staff treatment as they were rude. But one was very helpful and nice.

Staff was inattentive at check in and at check out. They seemed distracted and preoccupied with the Golf course. How to operate the heat was never explained. Woke up to a cold room. Took over an hour to warm up.

The view is awesome, but they need to better manage late night access, as we had to call the police to get in touch with them because our key card wasn't working and we couldn't access the hotel. Also, the cleaning staff does not replace the bath gel and lotions, even if they are empty, we had to remind them of that on multiple occasions. For future travelers please ask for the emergency contact information as you might need it.

Myself and my wife loved the hotel, the best part was the Mountain View from the bedroom, totally amazing, the hotel itself is amazing, modern accomadations, very quiet and located in a beutiful place, I have nothing to say against, I strongly recommend stay there.

Great hotel when you want to be outside of Lucerne city. Even if you don’t play golf, this place has a great walking track around the grounds and you can also sit and watch an incredible sunset. Perfect location if you have a car and exploring more than just Lucerne city. Architecturally impressive, boutique hotel type feel, large rooms, friendly staff and guests.
