Clean room and good location!

Room was clean. Location was close to grocery stores!

It was a good place, however, i arrived at around 1pm, check in is at 4. Informed them of this and asked if i could leave my luggage with them, they simply said there was no staff i could give it to. When i asked what i should do then, they ignored me. At very least they could have given a nearby place i could wait, a park or something? Or many other hotels just let me check in a little early. However, poor service aside, it was a very nice place with a beautiful view of the ocean

Overall a nice place to stay. Some nice Oceanside walks in the evening. There are some cheap restaurants nearby. Shopping at a local supermarket easy walking distance (5mins). Parking at the building can fill up and you need to use the overflow parking across the road .. a bit of a walk if it's raining. The facilities are good. The TV in our room could use an update but overall not bad. Wifi is usable but not first world quality. Would stay again.

This is a self serve property, so if you need assistance then you need to have a phone that works in Japan so you can call their number. The hotel was probably 2/3 empty, but they put me on floor 3 of an 8 storey building with no view because the trees were that tall. Would have been nicer if they put me on a higher floor given the availablility of rooms. Otherwise it was adequate.

Cozy condo hotel in waterfront area, nice bed, love the kitchen and w/d. Great for long term stays. Grocery store and other shops within 5 minutes of walking. Bus stop and station nearby.

Clean, tidy and comfortable. We walked along the coastline to find some beautiful scenery. A convenience store is only 8 minutes walk.

First time staying in Itoman Okinawa. I am a solo traveler and wanted to experience southern Okinawa. My stay at this location was for 20 nights. I understood that the hotel is automated. Email confirming entry code for lobby and hotel room was easy to understand. Self service items in the lobby included garbage bags, toiletries, etc. The room has W/D, detergent, dishes, towels, single burner stove, microwave, hotpot, short refrigerator and freezer (enough but full-size would be nicer). I was fortunate to be given a room on top floor (8th floor). Sitting on the balcony and enjoying the water view and sunset was the highlight of my stay. There is a San A grocery store and shopping center with a Daiso within 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Several bus stops are in the area and easy to use. I had a rental car and was able to enjoy going to many nearby historical sites. I will stay here again.

Washer and dryer in unit. Easy check-in and check-out procedures, even after hours.

近くにビーチ、スーパー、居酒屋もあるので最高でした。

ビジネスで6泊しました。洗濯機、乾燥機、洗剤が使えて、身軽な荷物で泊まれました。徒歩圏内にスーパーもあり、食事も困りませんでした。 ただし、PC作業をする机がないのは残念でした。

仕事も兼ねてワーケーションで使わせて貰いました。 海もスーパーも食堂などやバス営業所も徒歩圏内でロケーションは最高に便利な場所でした。 更には自転車も持っていったので道の駅やイーアス、あしびなー観光施設も圏内で便利でした。 スマホでも開錠出来るテンキーは閉じ込めの心配もなく便利でした。 浴槽や簡単なキッチンが付いていて日々の生活も快適でしたが、一つだけ困ったのは仕事もしたのでPC作業に向いた机が無かった事です。 スターバックスや近くの海の東屋なども使いましたが、遠かったり電源が無く長時間の作業が出来なかったりと不便でした。 とは言え、ちょうどU-18W杯野球が開催されていたので仕事終わりに見に行ったりと快適に過ごせました。

駐車場は早いもの順でしたが、2泊３日のうちずっと停められました。お部屋も綺麗でした。

ロケーション、部屋の広さと設備、価格など概ね満足しました お部屋にヤモリが遊んでいたのはご愛嬌でした ただ徒歩圏内(往復10分以内)にコンビニが無いことが唯一のマイナスポイントでした
