The property is infested with roaches. We found a lot on in my son‘s bag and we had to move to another hotel. They really need to close that building down.

I had a very nice room the only problem with the hotel is has few of leak problem around the property it just need improvement and a paint job in some areas otherwise the pool was great nice views of the city.

This hotel is beautiful but that's all. The rooms do not have wifi. Wifi is only accessible in the lobby. The air condition unit does not work properly and the sink clogs up when the pipe is turned on.

Aunado al franco deterioro de las áreas comunes del hotel, sumando a ello la imposibilidad de ingerir bebidoas o alimentos ajenos a los expedidos en hotel pero la cafeteria del vestíbulo solo presta servicio de desayuno y liego se mantiene cerrada.

The check-in experience was terrible. The front desk staff was not paying attention to guests because they were busy talking to each other about missing money. After waiting for quite a while, they finally decided to help us. When we got to our room, we found cockroaches. Later, we went downstairs to ask for a spoon, but the front desk was completely unattended. We had to go back again to request it, and once again we were left waiting for a long time. I also asked for a cup of ice. They gave me a small cup and charged me $1 for it. Paying wasn't the issue—the problem was how incredibly slow the service was. Finding cockroaches in the room made the entire stay a horrible experience.

One of the Worst Hotel Experiences I’ve Had This property was a complete disappointment from start to finish. The hotel advertises Wi-Fi access, but there was none on the room floors. Staff only admitted this after I complained, saying it was limited to the lobby and roof. Misleading and highly inconvenient. When I returned with food from the mall, I was told I couldn’t take it upstairs, yet I saw other guests freely doing so with staff approval. The inconsistent rules felt unfair and frustrating. Forced to eat in the lobby, I sat in sweltering heat for an hour because the air conditioning wasn’t on. Only after I asked did the clerk bother to switch it on. My room was filthy: dusty surfaces, stained pillowcases, and curtains. Too late at night to complain, I stripped the sheets myself just to get some rest. The sink clogged every time I used it. The AC barely worked, taking two hours to cool the room. Worse, the electricity cut off every time I left with the key, resetting everything. The front desk gave me two different quotes for a late checkout, leaving me feeling scammed. When I asked to store my luggage after checkout, staff said yes—but left it behind the desk in plain view of everyone. I didn’t feel safe, so I had to drag my suitcases back to the mall. This stay was riddled with inconveniences and poor service. Between false advertising, inconsistent rules, lack of cleanliness, and staff lacking professionalism, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

It’s good for single person on layover. But would not bring my family here. The carpet needs replacing. The shower does not have curtains.

We stayed for one night during carnival. Hotel was nice, clean, comfortable beds, good location. One unusual rule, they did not allow any food or drinks in the rooms. Only in the lobby or pool lounge area…(this included coffee, snacks etc) I’m not sure if it was because we stayed during the panama carnival week and they were afraid of parties in the rooms or a regular rule. We had our granddaughter with us, so no snacks/juice was a bit of a nuisance however, manageable. Would still recommend

The ammenities are ok . The only thing is that don’t have restaurant at the hotel open. I will be glad if they could open it.

The hotel need more renovations, its a great location but area around seems a but sketchy. However its next to Cinta Costera so you can always go for a walk. Ill stay at this place again.

The staff were wonderful, attentive and polite. I don’t think this hotel caters to the likes of a visitor for the US. My room did not have a chair to seat on (for the desk in the room) on. Luckily the adjacent room was empty and open and I was able to get a chair. When I wanted to iron my clothes (I expected an iron to be in the room there was not!) I went to the reception to request on and was told there was only one!!! A few minutes later I received it. The internet WiFi for the rooms did not work and I had to go to the swimming pool or lobby for a better connection (which was still slow comparatively). It is recommended that when a visitor from a western country is visiting adjustments. An be made without incurring excess operational costs. From a local perspective this hotel may be adequate but for someone visiting from the US it is not.

My husband had to move rooms 3 times with our toddler. Room 1 WiFi didn’t work, room 2 WiFi ok, but air conditioning not working. Room 3 WiFi working pretty good but air conditioning still not cooling down. Advised to wait 30 mins for it to cool but only warm air blew out. He gave up and suffered for the night. Toilet had poop in it. Just overall terrible experience.
