The hotel is so pretty. As usual, in Japan it's hard to find a spacious room, but this hotel is fine. The twin bed and the bathroom are a lot bigger than I expected. The soap and shampoo are from DHC and smell so good. The room is as pictured. It was close to Shijo station but being in Kyoto, it's hard to travel using train only, so we had to rely on taxi and the receptions were very helpful to assist us in booking taxi. Happy to stay at this hotel and would consider staying here again when visiting Kyoto in the future.

All good except for the sudden additional charge for tourist fee & child (room charge), and all without official invoice. A bit sus there.

The decoration of the accommodation is very beautiful. The attention of the staff here is also very good. The rooms have complete facilities. Although the room is a little small Love it so much that in the room there are many charging cables. There is a spray to the onion room. With air filter And like the most is that the glass in the bathroom is not frosted from the heat steam Although the dust is a bit too much And the filters in the air purifier are full of dust The staff immediately came to change immediately. Very impressed with the service of this place.

Very nice place to stay. Small room, but ok. The hotel design is a great mix of traditional and contemporary Japan. There's Yakuta, Japanese traditional wear, to borrow for free. Free coffee anytime. Free amenities pouch. Smoking room next to the coffee room. Close to main train stations and bus stops. There's also a nice halal ramen place, Ayam-ya, 500m from the hotel. A few rooms have windows facing outside, you may request if you want.
