This hotel was beautiful the rooms were clean and beds so comfortable. The staff at the front counter were the friendliest

Not sure what this property used to be, but not at the same level than any other Sandman hotel. The inside of the closet still had the teal coloured paint! We had no hot water upon arrival and as much as they said they reset, we had issues until our departure on Sunday. Was so disappointed as I specifically booked Sandman as I love their hotels.

Easy access from highway, restaurants adjacent to hotel, quick check in.

We stayed for one night in a king room. The room was more than we expected, very spacious, the bathroom was very large with a nice big tub. The bed was very comfortable with lots of blankets that actually kept us warm I actually didn’t have to ask the front desk for an extra blanket because they were actually good blankets. The hotel had 2 restaurants which we found very convenient. The location was very convenient with lots of amenities around such as Walmart.

It was amazing clean and staff were friendly

The room was nice and clean, the staff at the hotel was nice. The wifi was good and had no problems streaming shows. The bathroom was nice and shower was nice and hot .

Our stay was fairly average overall, with a mix of positives and areas that could really use improvement. The room itself was an okay size, but cleanliness was a concern—particularly in the bathroom, which seemed like it hadn’t had a proper deep clean in some time. The baseboards were noticeably dirty, and there were stains on the walls that took away from the overall feel of the space. There were also some maintenance issues. One of the drawers wouldn’t stay shut unless we physically blocked it with a chair, and the fridge had an unpleasant, lingering smell. The furniture felt quite outdated, especially the chairs, and the bedding was just okay—the pillows were small and flat, and the duvet felt very basic rather than comfortable or cozy. The pool area was nice in terms of appearance, but quite small. It became crowded quickly with more than a few people, which made it less enjoyable. On the plus side, having convenient access to Denny’s for breakfast and Moxie’s for lunch, dinner, or evening drinks was definitely a highlight and added some value to the stay.

Well maintained, clean spot near the highway and Hamilton industrial sites.

Staff are exceptional but very disorganized and not super fast at resolving issues. Beds are too soft. There’s no full length mirror in the room.

The room was beautiful, with high ceilings. The attached restaurants are accessible without going outside. There are plenty of other restaurants in the plaza around the hotel, and a Walmart for whatever miscellaneous items you may need. GO train station nearby. The lot across from the Hotel has not yet been developed.

Staff are always kind, rooms are always very clean.

I booked an accessible king room. The rooms have a power assisted door (push switch) which made getting in and out of the room very easy. The room was well appointed and had ample turning radius for for my small electric wheelchair. The staff were exceptionally helpful including calling local taxi companies to help me arrange accessible transit to the airport. There are several restaurants within “walking” distance as well as a super Walmart (which weirdly has no baskets so I had to ask for a personal shopper). I would recommend this hotel to other travellers.

Nice hotel, enjoyed our stay, but we were unaware that we had to pay with credit and almost had to search for somewhere else to go. Luckily the manager worked it out for us and we paid debit as we had planned. But it was upsetting and should have been something we were made aware of at booking.

Enjoyed my 2 night stay.

everyone was friendly. The pool was small but the children enjoyed it.

Nice hotel that had several places locally to eat. Clean rooms and free parking.

Rooms were clean, the drawers kept rolling out on their own which was annoying. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was small and crowded but to be expected given there was a major event in town. Breakfast voucher could have been explained a bit better upon arrival but I also didnt ask any questions so that is on me. Upon going back to our room from breakfast there was some renos taking place, the main floor hallway had the carpet being pulled out, minor inconvenience to take the stairs. Overall hotel was great and close to necessities! Would stay again

The room was nice however the faucets in the bathroom were loose and the shower faucet was broken. The fan in the washroom was also loud/broken. Very little to no hot water. Homeless people were in the main lobby every morning which made it very uncomfortable and doing drugs outside at the main entrance. I would not go back unfortunately.

everything was good, Had a issue with the TV, was not able to connect with phone other than that everything was good.
