Excellent. Everything brilliant

Staff at the hotel were helpful and kind. The rooms are very basic and toilet compartments in the rooms are impossibly small and far too cramped for an average sized human. The hotel is basic, but its location is good. No refrigerators and the room was cold due to aircon being switched off centrally or otherwise disabled.

Very nice hotel, near town center.

The staff were wonderful and couldn’t be more helpful even though we speak no French they went out of their way for us Our cat was very happy looking through the window and watching the world go by

Easy to find , check in quick and simple. Rooms bright and clean. All good. Easy 5 minutes walk to Millau centre

Lovely staff and great location and pool . Only negatives were the aircon was not up to much - more like a cool fan. WiFi also a bit in and out. Pool was fab and a decent enough breakfast

We have stayed here on our way to the south of France several times over 6 years and find it a convenient and comfortable autoroute stop. Restaurant food and service very good, friendly staff and some good improvements to the rooms.

Excellent central location with easy access to lots of restaurants and shops. Fuel station and supermarket just around the corner. Millau is a stunning location and this hotel is very well placed to make use of many of the activities on offer. The bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The car park was right in front of the door so short distance to carry bags. Would definitely stay here again.

A very good hotel with air con and a lift. Location was central and had ample parking. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a lot of choice and dinner was very good on the first night but disappointing steaks on the following night. Would recommend staying here.

Good parking, good restaurant, but small rooms. Toilet room is smaller than on most airplanes!

Car parking onsite, plenty spaces. Swimming pool added bonus. Staff very friendly. Rooms a good size and clean. Black out shutters are perfect for a good nights sleep

They had misread our request and had only 1 night available for us when we had requested 2 that Expedia had confirmed. This was apparently due to untrained staff. So we had to move to another hotel that they arranged for us. Food was average. Location is good. 5 minutes from the old town.

Lovely hotel close to the centre. Small clean swimming pool and a bar. Rooms have everything you need and are clean.They also have good blackout shutters.

Expected more. Sadly seemed to be too much work for too few staff. Service was lacking. Hotel is in older condition. Nice restaurant next to river, food price/service dissappointing.

Ideal for an overnight or short stay if visiting the Millau area. Hotel was clean and comfortable and in our limited encounters with staff we found them to be welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was perfectly acceptable. My only complaint was regarding check out - only one person on duty and some guests seemed to take forever to clarify the details of their bill. Not his fault I know, but it would make far more sense if guests settled their dining bill the previous evening at the restaurant.
