Exceptional Stay at Staybridge Suites Al Khobar – A True Home Away from Home My recent stay at Staybridge Suites Al Khobar was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. The staff were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. Everyone—from reception to housekeeping—went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The suite was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. I loved having a full kitchen and even a washing machine, which made my stay feel more like home. The bed was super comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Wi-Fi was fast, and the work area was great for getting things done. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with a variety of hot and cold options. I also enjoyed the rooftop pool and the gym, which were both clean and well-maintained. The evening social gatherings were a lovely bonus and made the experience even more enjoyable. The location is perfect—easy access to shops, restaurants, and the Al Khobar Corniche. Whether you’re staying short or long term, this hotel offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Great location and price, very clean.

Clean, comfortable beds and furniture. Good breakfast. Convenient parking and location. Restaurant staff could be trained better, but everyone has a really good attitude.

Take long time in check in

We booked a studio but when we arrived, no none snoking ones were available so we were upgraded to a larger room for free that is none smoking. I liked the fact that we were given a paper that has all the information we needed in terms of breakfast, pool and gym timings, as well as other information. The hotel is in a good driving distance from major attractions and malls which was great since I used my own car. The hotel does not have in room dining but there is a kitchen and you can order from any app/restaurant and the staff will deliver it to your room. There is also car parking underground and good free wifi. Breakfast was good buffet with an egg live cooking station, pastries, cheeses, cold cuts, breads, cakes, hash browns, sausages, etc. the taste is alright, nothing wow but good. The waiters even asked us if we wanted anything from the buffet before they closed it to remove them food which was very considerate. On the other side, the room we were given had some areas that weren’t very clean such as a desk in the bedroom. Etc. They are more than happy to clean but we didn’t bother to ask them as I was there for one day only. The TV was not working the first day but it worked by itself the next day, not sure why. Also the shower water kept changing from hot to cold on its own and I came to know that at least 1 - 2 other rooms faced the same issue.

the cleaning is under expectation even though it is considered as a new hotel. lack of equipments inside the room. the housekeeping was horrible. they came to clean but instead of throwing the trash they took away a bag full of chips and chocolate that we just bought!! but they didn’t bother themselves to take the empty coffee cups. after escalation this issue they compensated us with cash

I booked the hotel with expensive price but the swimming pool is closed. the expedia or the hotel did not clearly mentioned that the swimming pool is closed!
