What a cute funky property! The staff is very friendly and and as promised, the bed was super comfy. We were in the Queen Victoria room. Oh- and the price???? Crazy inexpensive

The staff were very courteous and extremely helpful. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable too. The location is within walking distance of museums and art galleries and also places to eat and drink.

Incredibly kind personnel working in this property. Very clean and lovely hotel and on a wonderful location. Great beds and a wonderful shower. On top of that, easy parking as well. A true recommendation.

The area is nice around, walkable. Well equipped room with weird art, but fun overall.

Nice guest house. Was greeted by Gina who was very professional and friendly. Good size room, excellent bed and bathroom. If you’re not bothered about staying in a hotel this is a great place to stay, there’s also a good bakery right next door for breakfast.

Don’t let the entrance to this place put you off. Very clean quirky room with tea and coffee facilities. Very close to excellent bars/restaurants/shopping and ferry port!

El sitio es muy acogedor, está muy bien situado, en la calle principal de comercios, cerca de la estación de autobús y puntos turísticos, los empleados muy amables, pero sobre todo destacar la comodidad, la cama y las almohadas son súper cómodas!! Totalmente recomendable!! El único punto de mejora sería el gel/champú de la ducha que no nos acabó de gustar el olor, pero es algo muy subjetivo.

We were met by one of the loveliest ladies you could meet. She was extremely helpful & guided us where to visit & eat. The rooms were very clean, made up each day to a high standard with a lovely wet room. Location was fab, very close to shops, bars & local market. Breakfast cafe close by. We stayed 2 nights, however could have stayed longer. Would thoroughly recommend

We had a lovely few days in Santander. The facilities and room at Centesuite were really great. We had a very warm and informative welcome at our check in. We thoroughly recommend staying here.

The hosts were amazing and the charming room we stayed in was in the perfect location for restaurants, shops and historical sites.

We used the automated check in and they emailed me to code to the wrong room, so I walked in on a poor woman in her underwear. This is a serious security and privacy issue. I called and someone answered right away, so we only waited about ten minutes before they called back and gave me the code to a different, vacant room. Otherwise the stay was fine. We already planned to check out the next day so no one was at reception the entire time that we were there. There is a yummy cafe on the main level.
