This place was great and the service from all the staff was excellent. Aziz at reception was very helpful. Great location, walking distance from the Cathedral and most of the main sights. Great interior and comfortable bed. The main reception hotel is a 5 min walk away but you can contact them by phone. The Wifi is good and the breakfast in the hotel is also good. The floors are marble so in the winter they are freezing, so bring some slippers with you. The only downside to this place is the noise, as mentioned in other reviews. I am quite a deep sleeper however even I was woken and I heard a lot. People talking in the square, bin lorries at 1am every night, even footsteps on the cobbles, and that's just the external noise. You can hear other guests moving around, as the noise carries a lot and if you are a light sleeper this place is not for you.

Overall excellent stay. Clean room, very good wifi, great communication with professional staff. The young lady who did housekeeping was very kind and helpful.

Clean room and great location.

Our stay in this property was delightful, eve though it was short bc we lost a day of travel. Our room was a fairy tale. The bathroom was pretty nice, we had a beautiful bathtub, the heating worked perfectly. The coffee was well stocked. The area around is perfect. We enjoyed beautiful walks and a horse carriage ride thru the town. It is a 10/10 place for us!

We had an amazing stay here: great location, close to major city landmarks, the room was very clean and the staff always helpful. The only downside was the WiFi being a bit unreliable at times, but they jumped in trying to fix it immediately.

Clean, convenient location. No Reception staff at this hotel. Reception is at a sister hotel (El Rey Moro) about 150 m from this hotel. The person at the reception desk was very courteous and helpful.

Great location. We walked everywhere we wanted to see. Lots of food choices on area . Room was lovely. The staff that we dealt with really went out of their way to make us feel like valued guests. Quiet neighborhood at nights for peaceful sleep. Easy access from street for Those arriving by taxi. Building has elevator. Would not hesitate to book again.

Great location, clean room with lovely decor. Staff at the “sister” hotel was very friendly, and very helpful. Gomez, Rubin and Lena deserve a big thanks. We also ate at the “sister” restaurant which was very good.

The room was wonderful! Best place we stayed during our 3 week trip to Spain with 8 different stops. The room was beautiful and the service was top notch. The hotel was in a great location to access the many sights! Loved the city of Seville!

Had the perfect stay in Seville. Close to all touristy places and easy to walk around.

I loved that it was in the heart of the historic center, within walking distance to all the historic sites and the quaint shops and restaurants. You have to walk to Hotel Rey Moro to check in and out (they send you access to your room via email) and for any other inquiries but it is a couple of blocks away, not an issue.
