I booked this accommodation based on the description and photographs advertised on the website. Unfortunately, the room I was provided bore little resemblance to the standard that was advertised and fell significantly below what any reasonable guest would expect. The accommodation was poorly maintained, unclean in places, and presented several safety concerns. Issues: • The TV was not working. A member of staff attended the room, confirmed there was an issue, and advised they would speak to the manager. No one returned, the problem was never resolved, and no alternative room was offered. • The overall décor and condition of the room were extremely poor and in need of significant refurbishment. • The bedside lamp on the right-hand side was not working, meaning I was unable to use the socket to charge my phone. • A light shade was missing. • The window would not close properly and the surrounding woodwork appeared rotten and in a state of disrepair. As a result, traffic noise could be heard throughout the night, significantly affecting my ability to sleep. • There were cobwebs around the windows, demonstrating a lack of basic cleaning and housekeeping. • The radiator was hanging off the wall, which presented a clear maintenance and safety concern. • There was no bathroom bin. Instead, a carrier bag had been hung from the toilet, which is not an acceptable substitute. • One side of the curtain was missing. Not suitable for a homeless person. DO NOT BOOK

We enjoyed our stay for one night, the room was clean and the bar was great and staff really friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The only slight negative was the weather was really hot and the rooms are not air conditioned, which we knew when booking but it may have helped if there was a fan in the room. I would definitely stay there again!!

The staff were exceptionally kind. They went out of their way to allow early arrival to our room, help to coordinate taxi to cruise ship, assist with train information, and complimentary breakfast was lovely. Also enjoyed fish and chips and wine! Lovely stay.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble! Really cute little chalet room too!

I booked the executive chalet and it was anything but executive. The room was very dirty, I couldn't take my socks off as there was so much dust and grit on the floor. The shower hadn't been cleaned as there were still toiletries left over from the last person, not even sure the bedding had been changed. Such a dusty unclean environment, I couldn't sleep in the room as it triggered my asthma so I ended up having to sleep in the car.

Super friendly staff, perfectly situated and perfect for our stay. Would definitely recommend and visit again, thank you for having us!

Stayed overnight before our flight from Heathrow. Perfect location, the king size room/chalet was lovely, clean and very comfortable. The pub staff very friendly and the full English breakfast was really good. Bonus is there is parking. Would highly recommend.

Lovely comfortable room though a bit small. Ideal for 1 night and close enough to Wembly for a concert.

Stayed here as it was close to Heathrow Airport, room was fine for us, some might find it a bit small. Food was lovely in the pub and breakfast was good too. Very good value for money considering it's location.

Easy & plentiful free parking in front & beside the hotel. Swift welcome, easy check-in. Our twin garden- facing room was very small (- which we knew from previous reviews, so no surprise & was expected) but was very clean and well decorated. Comfortable bedding, good quality linen. Breakfast was varied and good quality.

Lovely place where we wanted to be. Easy to travel to our destination Lovely staff and super friendly Cleanliness wasn’t spot on but the decor in the room was lovely

The rooms were comfortable and had everything I needed. You definitely need new and bigger towels as they were rough and too small and the shower soaked the floor, I had to mop it up with towels. The staff at the pub were really friendly, the pub is very tired though, ripped chairs, toilets were not too nice and the paint is peeling off outside. It could be amazing just needs a bit spent on it.

Rooms extremely small - ok for a 1 night stay

We have stayed here before. Good value. We actually found the shower temperature difficult to manage but as only a one night stay - did not report it.
