My boys loved the water slide after a long day of travel it was perfect. The hotel staff were very helpful and the rooms were clean and well appointed. Breakfast was clean and well organized and had a nice selection to choose from. Overall a very nice stay.

C’est la première fois que ça arrive, mais je n’étais pas capable de casthe de mon téléphone et habituellement je suis toujours capable de le faire. Pour le reste tout est parfait confortable, l’avantage de pouvoir ouvrir la fenêtre, c’est vraiment intéressant propre.

Toujours un plaisir d'aller à cette endroit avec mes 2 enfants de bas âge.

Good breakfast, good size rooms, with friendly and helpful staff.

Upon arriving at the property, the front desk staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating. We had requested a late checkout due to a funeral the next day, and were told yes, without hesitation. We were also offered huge, fresh-baked cookies; which was lovely. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The water pressure wasn’t great in the shower. The beds were comfortable, and had really great pillows. We all slept really well. The breakfast buffet in the morning had a lot of options and it was yummy. However, it was odd and slightly confusing that we had to request and order the eggs, potatoes, and sausage. None of us had experienced that before, and had always served ourselves at other properties. The food was really hot and tasty though :) the kitchen staff was lightly rude and avoidant when we had a few questions during breakfast though, so that is cause for improvement.

Relaxing and fun times with family

Being one of Val d’Or’s newer hotels, I found it clean, had great recreational services and served a delicious breakfast. Highly recommended.

During the minor tournament, Swimming pool area had a strong chlorine smells and it affected alot of people. Many kids coughed non stop the whole weekend. After the weekend i heard it didn’t have that smell at all. Why is that? Makes us costumers have these thoughts.

Clean room, staff very welcoming when arriving late. Was warned about reserving on our spot for the pool when we asked about pool hours. Reserved it for the next morning. Took towels later that night for the morning some towels has stains so not as appealing and the next morning
