It was the perfect mix of modern convenience and rustic charm. The owner was very welcoming and communicated throughout the whole process. The location was great, within walking distance of everything, but also very close to a trolly stop. Some of the fixtures could be updated, but it was very clean and overall a great place to stay. We will definitely be back!

It was in a very quiet neighborhood, but still very close to the heart of the town of Eureka Springs. We loved the decor in the cottage and it was exceptionally clean.

The cottage we stayed in was just what we looking for .The management worked with us to get the perfect one, they have quite a few to pick from. My wife and I look forward to going back.

We booked the "Lookout Cottage" (honeymoon cottage) for a weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary and were very pleased! The cottage is 2 small floors built on a hillside overlooking the woods. The top, entry floor contains a king-bed & living room with fireplace/TV. A stairwell at the rear of the cottage leads to the lower level with a good-sized jacuzzi tub, shower and kitchenette. Outside the rear door on the lower level is a small, covered patio with gas grill and nice view of the woods. The cottage is older, but well-appointed; contains nice amenities and everything works well! It's very distinctive (not "cookie-cutter") and is perfect for a couple's getaway. The cottage is very private with a "cozy" vibe, but still close enough to downtown restaurants/bars (about a 15-minute walk via the Magnolia trail behind the Crescent that leads to the eastern side of Spring Street). We're definitely looking forward to the next opportunity we get to visit Eureka and Lookout is on our (very) short list of cottages to stay at!
