Buffet breakfast was scarce and poor choice

There was a weird smell in the room. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Decent room, clean, good bed, bathroom was clean but smelled strongly of disinfectant. Free parking available. Shop is nearby.

Air condition did not work and there was no one in the reception to help

The family room was very simple, but exactly what we needed. Space for 2 adults and 3 teenagers, air conditioning was a life saver, clean, a large screen TV, plenty of plugs, fantastic mattress, very quite, 5 minutes ride to Frejus beach or Saint Raphael. The only big issue was the parking. Too small with limited space... The overflow parking was also full... A pity.

Arrived after 9pm and took an hour to gain entry as we weren't given a booking number and couldn't get in touch. Eventually got in. Hotel is clean but basic.

The front desk clerk was quite helpful, particularly when we were having a problem getting a taxi.

Do no ruin your vacations, This hotel is really bad! Dirty, noisy and in a ver bad location. We stayed there but it was very uncomfortable! Do not go there!

Horrible experiance, no reception after 9 pm caused me a lot of anger, very bad quality expensive place more like a hostel.

Hotel ok for what it was. But it was a bit of a walk to sea front and bars and cafes

We came to a locked door and the code to enter our room did not work. We tried to contact the hotel and hotels.com, without luck. We had to get another hotel. Because the hotel couldn't be reached by hotels.com afterwards we didn't get a refund. Unprofessional from the hotel and hotels.com. Terrible experience.

Hôtel très bien situé, parking sécurisé. Personnel très agréable, à l’écoute. Chambre très très propre, très très spacieuse. Le buffet petit déjeuner est très bien garni, avec beaucoup de choix . Je reviendrai et je recommande

Impossible de s’enregistrer en dehors des horaires d’accueil parce que le site ne nous avait pas envoyé les codes d’accès. Assez pénible lorsqu’on a des impératifs de temps .

Dans la confirmation d’Expedia, je n’avais pas le numéro de réservation à huit lettres. Or, j’avais besoin de ce numéro pour obtenir le code d’entrée à la borne puisque la réception n’ouvrait qu’à 17 h. J’ai donc dû téléphoner à l’hôtel pour obtenir ce code. J’estime qu’Expedia aurait dû me le donner.

Grand hôtel de centre-ville bien placé près de la gare chambre spacieuse rénové grande salle de bain grande douche de réconfortable grande télévision à une seule chose qui ne veut pas c'est l'odeur des égouts que l'on se dans tout l'hôtel et qui refoule dans les salles de bain mise à part ça tout est très bien et l'accueille est super sympa
