The property is well located. The room was really small, the carpet not very clean. The bathroom faucets were terrible. You either get hot or very cold water, nothing in between. Same with the shower. The only option is taking a bath, the shower didn’t work. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Unfortunately room was extremely small and smelled like mildew. Friendly staff and good food.

A one night stay for a party. The room was clean and had the normal tea and coffee facilities. Check in could have been better with a sign on the reception to get you to go to the bar f no-one was there We stayed for dinner and it was very good and the staff were attentive. Breakfast was good A great cost effective short stay

Liked the position of the property being in the centre of Stonehaven and overlooking the sea at the back ideal for visitors. Didn’t like the beds a little too hard for me. Also the breakfasts were very nice with plenty of good ingredients.

Bathroom shower door fell off. Not great for a bigger person.

Well stocked bar.

Bed had a spring sticking up in the middle of my back.

Great place for a one night stay. All very nice. Very quiet considering a busy bar downstairs. Only downside was outside door to bar bins was beneath our room and staff periodically emptied glass during late evening which was a bit loud

Everything was OK it was just an overnight pit stop

Nice hotel , good location , lovely staff and great food

Room was clean but small. Mirror in bathroom and none in room, no rail to hold onto to get put of bath, tv on side wall instead of wall facing bed and kettle under tv where steam will reach it. The room was comlact but clean and couldnt fault any staff who were kind and helpful.

Staff were very friendly and informative. The room was spotlessly clean .

Room was great, beds comfy, staff super friendly and very accommodating - we visited for new year and they helped with organising dinner for us at the last minute which was much appreciated. Breakfast was excellent. Would recommend

We had such a lovely time! Room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with a fantastic view. Breakfast was delicious and all the staff were warm and welcoming. Thank you for such a great time x

The staff!!!! Absolutely fantastic. Warm, nothing too much bother. The food was delicious too. Great base to explore the area. I would say Stonehaven as a place was lovely with everyone I encountered very polite, helpful and “happy” to see us. Thank you for a lovely relaxing wee.

Sea view was brilliant, some stuff were amazing and others weren’t so friendly and helpful. Room was clean but bathroom was awful
