The reception staff was very friendly and helpful when I wanted an early check-in. The hotel was clean and well-equipped. The only thing missing was that the sheets and towels were starting to wear out, and it was time to replace them.

Overall, it's good, but the floor is sandy. I called reception to have it cleaned, but it doesn't seem to have been cleaned.

I stayed for 3 nights with my extended family and took 5 rooms. But I was very disappointed with several things, including the food for 3 days was always the same menu, very little variety of food, the fried rice seemed to be made without any intention of tasting very ordinary, other food was also cooked carelessly, even tissues were hard to find in the restaurant. Then parking was difficult, had to park in a different location from the hotel building because the parking capacity was very small, another thing was the pool had sand on the floor and the pool water filter when I stayed was not working regularly. The towels in the room were very thin for a 4-star hotel. I was very disappointed staying here. Hopefully there will be improvements.

Small parking area. Directed to an empty lot. But the next day I wanted to pick up the car, there was no attendant, and the car couldn't get out. There was no arrangement for the car to get out, even though the impromptu parking lot was already quiet. It was annoying going back and forth. And check in, the reception area became a party area and was dark. And the elevator in the lobby was not in use. There were no directions. Ask first before being directed. And the breakfast is the least recommended. Thank you.
