Hotel was clean. Staff doesn’t speak English well, difficult to communicate. Breakfast is not great. Every day was the same and they even served you the left over meal, soup and juices are old. I stayed for 4 days and first day is ok then comes weekend Sat/Sun are left over. Monday is closed and Tuesday was my last day, still the same breakfast left over again. Disgusting not worth to pay breakfast Buffett. Also, elevator posted breakfast Buffett price for 7K KRW but hotel charged me 9K-12K. Not happy because breakfast buffett was a rip off. Will not book with this hotel again. Also, I was charged different amount, not my reservation amount should be 267.00 USD, they charged 271.00 USD. Hotel said, they gave me an upgraded but I didn’t want the upgrade. Anyway, House keeping was friendly. That’s about it.

Good location and near subway. Staff friendly and courteous. Downside is pictured deluxe room on website that I reserved was NOT what we received.. It’s an old hotel, room safe did not work until we called maintenance, then the toilet did not flush so we called again , then the door handle to the toilet room fell off, so I screwed it back in. The sliding glass bathroom door made loud high scraping noise when closing it. I would not recommend hotel to my friends or family.

The hotel has a great location for travelers who want to be in a walkable location, in the midst of Nampo streets with old school restaurants and market. It is very close to bus stops (e.g., direct route to the Gamcheon cultural village) and metro. Spacious bathroom. And excellent Korean breakfast!

Overall the size of the room was good. However there was a weird musty smell in the room.

It was okay at best. The people in front desk were nice but had completely forgotten about a member in our group so we did not have enough towels, bedding, etc for everyone. Additionally the wifi in our room never worked, despite us asking front desk to fix it several times. They said it was fixed and never actually did anything, it’s a central location but it’s okay at best.

Came here with high expectations based on other reviews, but left disappointed, mainly due to 3 key things 1) The 'deluxe' room with city views had one of the smallest windows I've seen in a high rise hotel - the view was technically of the city, true, but the small window and inadequate interior lighting left the room feeling much darker and depressing than any of the pictures suggested. 2) The included breakfast was thoroughly mediocre, and probably the worst breakfast buffet I've had at any hotel in Asia. 3) During check-in, the staff accidentally under-charged me, which I didn't notice at the time, and would have been happy to correct when they discovered the error. However, they decided it was appropriate to call my room at 6am to wake me up and insist that I had to come and pay the balance IMMEDIATELY. Not at checkout, not even a little later when I went down for breakfast, no. It HAD to be done right away and they wouldn't stop harassing me until I blearily went downstairs, so that they could get the correct payment (apparently before an audit at 7am.) Never mind that I suffer from insomnia and couldn't get back to sleep which left me out of sorts the whole day and ruined half of our two night stay in Busan. I find it utterly ridiculous that this hotel and its staff would choose to take an error THEY made and make it into the guest's problem; It just violates every principle of the hospitality business, and we won't ever use this hotel or chain again.

This hotel turned out better than I expected. The room was the largest we had in all our time in South Korea. It was nice to finally have some space with three people and three large suitcases. Even the bathroom was big. Nice and close to BIFF square and great street food and not too far from Busan station.

The room and bathroom were very spacious and clean. Front desk were not very engaging, there is a huge flower arrangement that blocks the line of sight so there is no interaction when you walk in, no saying hello or anything. Sometimes it's these small things that improve your stay. But the room was great and it was located amidst the markets. They also allowed luggage storage as checkin wasn't until 3pm.

Great location within walking distance to main attractions in Busan and close to metro station. The hotel was simple and the rooms very clean and spacious. I would not recommend the breakfast as the eggs were cold and no options for a good coffee other than machine Americano. With the numerous coffee shops in neighbouring streets, avoid the breakfast here. We were also only provided with tiny paper cups in our room for tea and when we asked for a larger mug we were told it was not allowed so couldn’t even make a decent cup of tea in our room. BYO mug!

On a positive the hotel was walking distance from the night market scene which was very convenient to find food and shopping. The room was okay. The bathroom shower did have some black mold on the caulking and the paint was pealing on the ceiling. It was also a little disappointing that the picture that Expedia leads with is the rooftop bar which was closed for renovations.
