Excellent customer service. Someone else took my parking spot, and they handled it as best they could. The apartment is spacious and very clean. Clear instructions were provided for check-in and check-out. The mattress was very soft, and the soap dispensers were broken. However, those were the only issues; I will stay again.

The room is impressive at a glance, but lacks finition. Many decorative objects were damaged and surfaces had many spots and stains. Cleanliness wasn't great as the toilet seat had a weird spot and hairs were found in the bathtub. The TV is an old model that only has Netflix and is very slow. No HDMI ports for your own devices. Sound isolation is very weak. I could hear conversations from units not even my direct neighbors. Smell came into the unit from the main door and heat too. Communication is where this company shines, though. I have talked to two different people and they have been very helpful and available to assist. It is very well located right next to a metro station and on top of a Dollarama, with a convenience store on the corner. The shower was nice and the unit was huge. You get a lot of space for the money you pay.

The suite was large and the kitchen, well stocked. The beds and bedding were wonderful. A few steps away from the Metro, so very convenient location. Overall, an enjoyable stay. I would stay here again.

Some neighbours like the music really loud overnight…

Check-in process was difficult as it seems that check-in instructions are only provided the minute that check-in starts. We arrived 15 minutes early and had to call in to get the instructions. The door code for our until was about 9 digits long so not fun when you are carrying your own bags up two flights of stairs. As well, it wasn't clear that the door had to be locked manually after exiting. Having said that, the space itself was nice. One light in the bathroom was flickering.

The appartment door did not lock. When we moved the couch away from the heater on the wall, we noticed that the floor had not been vacuumed. There was broken glass . The bathroom was clean. Overall the appartment needs some loving.

Clean quiet spacious convenient location. I would stay here again!!!

Slight hiccup with parking on day 1 but resolved quickly.

We did not end up staying at the original room that I had booked, but in all fairness the gentleman that I spoke to was very kind and helped with a few options to make last minute changes and offer me a stay at another location which had access to an elevator and was a little bit better. The only problem was there is no one to clean the apartment and the set up is not was I was expecting.

Stark and bland place. Safe enough, good location, but BORING.

Very close to the canal and Atwater Market. Super easy check-in and very nice property. Will definitely be back!

I google mapped it to see a dollarama alone pop up. That was very confusing for me. I called and rep answered. Daytime hours not night. She was extremely helpful. I needed it. Its not a hotel. Fine. But the front has a small sign to the right of the door. Easy to not see at night. There were garbage and recycling bins at the front door inside. Just not a good look considering its a self check in a check out set up. The loft was huge. Comfortable if the couch wasnt as dirty as it was. TV. Good luck with that. It had everything you needed overall. Space, dryer and washer. Huge bathroom and storage for clothes. Pretty comfortable bed. Safe looking area. It lacks a personal touch. Something i prefer. Late check out was an automatic fee. Not impressed by that. Id likely never stay there again for the cost. This place should be under 200 all in. Otherwise its a definite no for me. Cant forget to mention the damged floor once you enter the building. The grated area was sunken in making it unstable.

Large open space, good kitchen

Walking distance to a bunch of good restaurants and a short drive into Montreals old town. The property was brilliant and we loved the outdoor patio.

Very nice layout and very spacious Everything needed was supplied The only issue was the TV in my room didn’t work but I wasn’t really there to watch TV.

The location qas very nice. A quiet neighborhood with lots of small shops and food places, and very close to the metro.

Beautiful massive modern loft. Well appointed. Only downside is no lifts (you have to carry all your luggage and bikes up several flights of stairs) and no blackout blinds so if you want to sleep late bring an eye mask - there are 3 huge skylights. Also there were delivery trucks blocking the driveway so we couldn’t get our car out but we called Simplissimo Property Management and they sorted it immediately. Great location right off Autoroute 15 walking distance to fabulous Atwater market.

Frustrating process

The place was close to the train and had a lot of restaurants near by. We requested more toilet paper which was delivered promptly. Would definitely stay again. Place was clean and comfortable.
