The staff is ok, but the one we booked doesn't seem to be deluxe, it's not that nice, and the air conditioner is weak.

My only concern here is that they don't have any other outlets except for the outlets on the TV and aircon, so you can't charge your phone, especially if you stay for 2 nights or even just 24 hours. You really should have your own power bank because if you don't need it, you have to go to the front desk to charge it. But the service is good and the staff. That's it 😊 😊😊

Shower is broken, you can't adjust the heat, tv is super static, internet sucks. For 1,700 pesos considering that it is vip room. Not worth the price. Other hotels cost 1,200 plus but has better amenities.

Worst hotel. Everything was a disaster. Foul smell. This is not a family hotel.

There is no heater and WiFi and the bed sheets have some holes and stains 😌 though we have the VIP room. But the staff were good.
