Easy to find and cozy for family

The hotel staff was rude; when asked if there was an iron, they were unfriendly and dismissive. The place resembles a boarding house, far from a hotel. The cupboards and tables are identical to those found in student dormitories. The location is quite far from the Prophet's Mosque on foot. A quicker way to get to the Prophet's Mosque is by following a side road with no pedestrians.

The hotel staff was friendly and gave us ample time for luggage storage. The room and bathroom were clean. The room amenities matched those offered on OTAs.

The hotel’s room is quite spacious, the bed is comfortable enough to sleep in, hot water is working well. The most important thing is the location is not that far from Nabawi. It’s within walking distance, around 10 minutes, depending on how you walk. Overall it’s a great stay!

Stayed for approximately 3 nights and 2 days. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. However, like most hotels in Saudi Arabia, they don't clean the rooms unless requested. The same goes for the amenities. The distance to the Prophet's Mosque is still relatively close, but you have to cross a main road and climb over a road barrier. The distance is approximately 1-1.4 km. For the price, it's still worth it if you're young. Not recommended for older people. The room was clean, with plenty of hot and cold water. There's no drinking water, but there's a refrigerator and a kettle for boiling water.

All the staff are very helpful, friendly, and kind. They gave me a discount and easy early check-in even though I still had to pay, but I don't mind because the room was available to check in early. I'll come back inshaAllah and stay here again. Thank you

The hotel is comfortable. The AC is cold. There is hot and cold water. The refrigerator is cold, the water heater is there, there is soap and shampoo, the bathroom is clean, close to harom, close to albaik, close to Indian and Pakistani cuisine, next time I want to order again 🥰😍
