We were going to Zion NP with a small group of friends. Breakfast was basic, but did the job! 25 minute drive to Zion NP. The staff was always super friendly and helpful. We checked out and kept our luggage at Ramada for a few additional hours while we hiked and they were super accommodating! Check out can be done online, very simple. The rooms themselves were clean—no bed bugs like other posts. The AC was amazing though super loud at night. For the cost and location, would absolutely recommend! Dollar store, gas station super close, Walmart 10 min away. We did have refrigerator and microwave which helped us save money on food/drinks!

The room was nice and clean And bed was comfy. It did its job. Not much amenities other than breakfast but that’s ok with me. Staff was kind and friendly

I’m shocked this hotel has any good reviews. We *always* stay at budget hotels and have never seen anything this bad. We went to our room and looked around for a couple minutes and immediately went to ask for a refund due to unsafe and honestly scary issues with this stay. For starters, the lobby is extremely dirty. The white wall was stained, covered in grime and who knows what. The stairs were disgusting, the metal transition just caked with dirt and grime. Let’s talk about the room, the carpet was being torn up. There was unknown substance left on the chair. There were hair clumps left in the shower. The shower had TWO exposed wire openings, extremely unsafe!! The worst part was the window glass was detached and duct taped to the window frame! There were gaps opened to the outside! I’m absolutely appalled. To make matters worse, I was told by the front desk to reach out to Expedia for a refund. Expedia obviously had to reach out to Ramada to get approved to refund me and they still decided to charge me for my first night! This place should be shut down!

I stayed two nights with my family. Check in and out was easy. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The reason I gave 3 stars is because the room needs a lot of work, there was a leak coming from the ceiling bathroom which looks it’s been there for a while. In the shower entry it seems that there were shower doors, they took it off, the holes and marks are still there. Also the sink, it was no in a good shape. The night we checked in, we were so tired that we didn’t want to complain or change rooms, we wanted to sleep. The next day we went very early to Zion and came back at night again so tired . The beds were not done. It did seem that the clean the bathroom, changed towels and gave new toiletries. The staff was nice, the morning that we went to Zion very early, they opened the buffet early so, we could get breakfast. That was very helpful and nice of them. The rest of our family stayed in the other side of the building and the rooms were nicer. Therefore, I would say it is ok for the price, but it needs work done.

Very convenient to Zion

The breakfast was good, room was comfortable, recently been basically renovated. We did not like having renovations taking place in the room next to us and not being informed by management. We had to actually ask management to stop the noise at 5.45pm at night and then the workman only moved a couple of rooms away. Not acceptable.

It is a basic hotel but they provided everything we needed including a fridge, coffee maker and tv. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. They also provided free continental breakfast. I think it's really good value although basic.

Highly recommended It's a great place and location. 30 minutes from zion park gate.

Rooms were decent, bathroom toilet was dirty. The breakfast needs a lot of work!!

Great room with guest laundry

Pakistanis clerk did not know anything about the area, had a hard time communicating, and was not helpful at all. Hotel is old and dated with decayed aluminum siding, no pool or gy , antiquated furniture and shabby appearance. Carpeting, bathroom floor, paint and bedding was new.

Had a nice stay, Room was clean. Staff was great. Perfect location.

Excellent hospitality

Property is a mess. Room was ok, but property is dirty and run down. Staff cannot speak English. I had to wait 5 min because the lady up front could not understand "Do you have a shuttle to zion". Same when i called to ask before arriving. I gets its minority owned and i love that, but you have to be able to communicate with your clientele. Not broken English, she and her partner didn't understand a word I was saying. Overall its just not a noce place- DONT GO

This was a clean property. It looks a bit shabby and run down now. But , it for our needs for cost and cleanliness. We would stay there again.

Was told that it was a former home for troubled girls. You can tell the building was not originally a hotel. Interesting features. Staff was very friendly. Good location.

The faucet in the bathroom was a problem with spraying water everywhere and big delay in getting hot water.
