Clean room & great location easy bus ride down to the beach & old San Sebastián! Breakfast was excellent & our room was super good if you wanted to cook !

Very nice and quite place, has a 2 restaurants and both are really good, breakfast included was nice too. A little bit far far from downtown, but public transportation is good and close on buses, no Metro.

Great location if your are travelling about in a car. Looked like plenty of bus services but I didn’t use this. I was travelling back and forth to Irun so perfect for me. The room has great cooking facilities, bed was comfy, very updated look and shower was nice and powerful. The gym facilities were basic but good for a quick cardio or stretching session Cleaning facilities I looked to use them but my card didn’t work, 5-6€ per wash or dryer.

Room was clean and comfortable. Was upgraded to garden view. 1 minute walk to bus stop with very frequent service to city centre. Cafe was spacious and offered nice surroundings to work while enjoying good coffee and a tasty pintxos. Free parking. Room service every other day.

Fantastic and friendly staff! Breakfast is well worth it with a variety of eggs cooked to order. Definitely worth people’s consideration

Staff was so kind! Hotel is on the hill, in the middle of the wood. One bus takes to the downtown, maybe 15 min ride.

Tranquil and peaceful with great customer service from the hotel next to it

This will be my go to hotel in Madrid from now on. This hotel is perfect and during the summer time the AC system is perfect!!! Very friendly employees and great location as well. A+++

We booked this hotel because it looked like it had a pool but were very disappointed to find the pool was part of the spa and was restricted to adults. The kids were very disappointed. The rooms are noisy. It is a 15min ride into San Sebastian on a bus and there was only one restaurant nearby. We were very disappointed with our stay.

Great property, wonderful breakfast, superb staff and easy bus access to old town.

When we arrived, we did not know where to park. Also, we could not find the entrance. The staff at the desk were very kind and helpful. The room had been advertised as a studio but it was smaller than a hotel room. Thank god for the terrace.

Was great and excellent value. People were very helpful and area very safe and quiet.

Apartment was very modern and well equipped. It was a little worn in places but otherwise very good. The a/c was efficient and the bed was very comfortable . Check in was closed so we checked in at the adjoining hotel; they were excellent . Breakfast we excellent and the two young lads serving on Thursday and Friday went above and beyond to help. Easy bus No 28 into the centre of San Sebastián so co venue t location for exploring if you don’t drive.

The hotel is excellent in all possible ways: room condition, cleaning, amenities, location and staff! Easy to get to and from downtown by bus. Silence and a beautiful forest around. I´d come back in a minute!

Rejuvenating modern environment among forest trees!

Very bad! The studios are extremely uncomfortable with bathrooms open sealing to the room. Toilet and bathroom directly exposed to the room. Parking not available onsite when this room is booked. No phone in the room to contact reception. The kitchen is literally 70 cm from the bed. Corridors smelly. A scam. All facilities you read about for this hotel belongs to the hotel next to.

A bus ride from city center that is about 20 minutes. Room was pleasant despite the tight space. Breakfast was very good. Design was modern.

While being a bus ride away from the city, it is what we appreciated after a long day of walking and exploring. Numad is tucked in the trees and a serene setting. It was one of our favorite places we stayed during our month-long vacay in Spain.
