I enjoyed my stay, great amenities, excellent services.

New hotel, spacious rooms, comfortable bed, multiple channels-cable tv. Didn’t honor I didn’t have to pay local taxes, have to ask for reimbursement at airport. No cofee or tea in the room, have to pay if wanted them. Breakfast not included.

Major political protests blocked the road to Duitama and the property refused to allow me to cancel, even though there was no way to get to Duitama.

Demasiado ruido

Close to the center and easy to find

The rooms are quite basic for the price. It was advertised as with living room, but it was just the bed in a large room with a desk. Las habitaciones son muy básicas por el precio. Reservé uno con sala pero me dieron uno solo con cama y escritorio.

Wonderful

The only thing didn't like was about breakfast. Even it was a breakfast buffet, you are not allow to serve yourself. They want to control the portions or amount you can eat.

Hotel was clean and bed was comfortable. Sound proofing in room needs improvement and the gym is bare. Personnel very courteous.

Excellent hotel, located near a shopping center. Modern hotel, nice breakfast, comfortable rooms, excellent service. I had problems with the reservation made by expedia, but the staff solved the problem the next day with them.
