Stayed here for the 3rd time, very easy access to public transport (subway and bus) + direct access to the airport through limousine bus

Although the hotel location is a bit out of city centre, there are stations very close and plenty of food nearby. The room however is very small. A lot of people have asked for this hotel to be downgraded to a 3-star and I don’t disagree tbh. It feels very Travelodge/Ibis budget vibes. The rooms are extremely small. Two big luggage and no space for anything else. We got a room facing the train tracks and we were lucky to get a room on a higher floor but we could still hear the trains. Feels like there’s almost no sound proofing. Good things are that the beds are very comfortable and the amenities are pretty comprehensive minus the lotions that you would usually get at a different 4-star hotel. They have a smart TV so you could log in to your Netflix account and watch it on the TV. I’d suggest get the superior room because the premium rooms are very congested for two adults.

Here, everyone is independent.. Use a trolley to lift your own things, the trolley is asked to return it, get your own drink.. The room is just cleaned casually, because the grandmother does it.. The room is very minimalist.. There is no bidet..

Tha place was nice, clean, and the price was reasonable. It’s a bit small but it’s cheaper compare to other hotels in Seoul. So it was worth it.

staff receptionist friendly, I can early check in at 11 a.m, price worth it with facility, this is new hotel and very clean

Room too small. Door, toilet and bed in the same area. OK for 1 person. But for couple, friend or family is very bad.
