Luxury Hotel. Amazing facilities. Great staff. Best Location in Palma. Ive been coming to Palma for over 30 years and stayed at some great places but Can Bordoy has been the best hotel and experience ive had. From check in , in the garden with cava, to check out the whole stay was just fantastic. Deluxe suite with terrace was beautiful , the garden pool was fantastic. Rooftop the most stunning views. All staff excellent. We cant wait to return.

I was disappointed overall , we booked the balcony roof which had no shelter at all and we couldn’t use it. Seemed very disjointed . Staff did try their best but probably ill informed

Amazing hotel. The restaurant food for lunch and dinner lets it down, but otherwise 5* and we will certainly stay again.

We had a FABULOUS stay at Can Bordoy for my husbands 50th Birthday! The hotel is just stunning and our suite was so beautiful. So much attention to detail. Breakfast was cooked fresh each morning and was delicious. You must dine in the Botànic Restaurant. The food is delicious excellent and the menu is extremely well thought out. This hotel is one of the best I have EVER stayed in. And it really was the team of staff who made our stay perfect. So THANK YOU!! we will definitely be returning to this wonderful place x

Everything was perfection! The front desk was very kind and welcoming. The staff wonderful and professional. The spa and the lady taking care of it was great. The food was great. The pool area was a piece from heaven. The fact that you can chat to the staff via WhatsApp for requests and food orders was very practical. Will definitely go back!

Beautiful hotel, amazing garden with pool, great central location. Staff were superb, friendly, helpful - best I have experienced outside Switzerland. Biggest most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, room very quiet. Bar prices surprisingly reasonable, breakfast great. Oh, and did I mention the amazing garden and superb staff?

This hotel was above and beyond our expectations! The service was amazing! The room was huge and beautiful! Perfect location and wish we could. E tgere longer!!!

We had a lovely 4 day trip to Palma staying in this lovely hotel.

We stayed here for our honeymoon. Could not recommend this hotel more. The staff went above and beyond, spa was fantastic, and most importantly the room was amazing. We loved every detail in the room from the gorgeous furnishings to the well thought out lighting. The mini bar was inside a mid century modern stereo which was playing romantic oldies when we walked in. Some reviews complain of the rooms being worn/old but we loved the vintage feel of the building and it was exactly what we wanted. The garden was gorgeous with beautiful plants and the rooftop glass bottom pool, although a little small, has a gorgeous view. It rained and was a little chilly during our stay but the staff made it ok with nice umbrellas and great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. It was hard for us to leave and we can’t wait to come back for anniversaries.

The Can Bordoy is an excellent place to stay if in Palma. Its location in Old Town makes everything very walkable, the staff is extremely professional and helpful, and their onsite dining is excellent. Its a beautiful property with a lot of character and charm!

Excellant location for Palma City Centre. Staff were very attentive, ans accomadating. We only besides Breakfast, Lunch in the Garden Area. The only let dowm, was Breakfast. Slow sevoce, and food was cold. Suggest they allow people to access there own hot drinks, and they invest in a toaster!! Otherwise, brilliant hotel, highly reccomended.

An amazing hotel. The staff are young, energetic and super helpful. The hotel is in a prime location and a walking distance to the centre and the cathedral.

This property is GORGEOUS. It's a small hotel with staff are gracious, friendly, and knowledgeable. The hotel restaurant is also fantastic.
