Good breakfast. Very Japanese style room. Quiet. Wonderful to soak each night in hot spring bath.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The facilities were better than my expectations and the staff were very kind.

Location of this ryokan was away from busy street close to Konomiya shrine. Very quiet and cozy If you like to have retro ryokan experience (don’t compare to fancy Ryotei style) this is the perfect place to stay

The room is spacious and staffs are very friendly. Locate at a quiet street but easy access to some good restaurants.

Nice ryokan, clean room with amenities you needed in Japanese hotel, friendly staff who can speak Chinese, small breakfast, located on a hill, therefore pretty tired and may took longer time than you expected when walk back to JR station.

The staff was very kind and made us feel welcome. We really enjoyed our stay and the ocean view from our room was wonderful!

肝心の温泉がおすすめできない。お湯が溜まりっぱなし、温度調節は自分で実施、大浴場なのに・・・

丁寧で施設も綺麗でした

Wi-Fiが全く使えない コメントにも電波が大変弱くて使えないとあり、以前から全く改善されていないのはどうしてなのか？ 洗面所の水量が大変弱くて使えない。 排水も大変ながれにくくて、部屋では洗面ができない。 トイレのスペースが大変狭くてドアを閉めて利用することができない。 畳がブワブワしていて、床がしっかりとしない。 クローゼットのクロスにシミがあり、大変みすぼらしく感じ取れる。

敷布団のみでマットレスがなかった為、寝起きが悪かった

屋上からの景色は良い。 ただ、宿は古く趣はあるが、エアコンから吹き出す昭和な香りがきつかった。

朝のみコンチネンタル朝食付きです。従業員がテキパキ働いていて、親切でした。

Good value for money. However, please note: • The location is quite far from the seaside, about a 15–20 minute walk. • The building layout is complex, with many stairs. • Overall cleanliness is acceptable. • It is evident that the place is understaffed — most of the time, only one staff member is present. • It may be difficult to find assistance when needed, as the staff might be on an upper floor. • Breakfast is extremely simple. • Be aware that the curfew is at 11:00 PM

少し道が入り組んでるので分かりずらいですが、駅から近く助かりました。 無料の朝ご飯(パンとゆで卵、バナナにグレープフルーツ、ホットコーヒー)付きも朝からほっこりしました。 子供にも優しく対応して下さり嬉しかったです。 温泉は少しぬるめかなと思いましたが、違う所もぬるかったので熱海温泉はこうゆうものなのかなと知りました。 また熱海に行く時はお願いします。

サービス等良かったのですが、一緒にいた男性いわく宿泊の夜と次の日の朝浴場に行くとシャワーが冷たかったとのこと。 12月に行ったのですが、いまだにそこだけが嫌で次回宿泊はどうするか迷ってます。 朝ごはんはめちゃくちゃ簡易的です。 食べ歩きコース旅行には良いですがちゃんと食べたい人はかなり物足りないです。 スタッフの方は親切です。 そこはオススメします！

全体的によかったです

宿泊前から駐車場のご連絡をいただくなど、宿の方の対応は丁寧でありがたかったです。 残念だったのが、Wi-Fiの接続が悪かったのと、電波じたいも弱く仕事がほぼ出来なかったことです。
