Bar staff are lovely people. The lady on reception in the mornings was so friendly and fun, we loved her. Stayed here many, many times, however this time would be our worst experience. Simply down to the amount of stag groups but more so the group of about 25 women on a hen party was awful. They were so loud, constantly, took over the pool and bar area and it was just too much. I’m not against stags or hens, but has this been our first time here, we would not have been

Hard to get to since the turn to the property is located in a dead end road with no lighting. There were no signs to tell me the hotel entrance either. Had to call front desk to get over the phone directions. Francisco was very nice and stayed on the phone until I made it.

Great location if you need to be close to the British drinking area of Benidorm. Large room with all the kitchen facilities we needed. Big pool and plenty of sunbeds. Sound-proofing in room wasn't the best - could hear noise from other guests walking past and using their rooms. Not a fan of having to pay a large deposit as soon as we arrived to cover the cost of any breakages etc during our stay, but it was refunded with no problems after we left. Property is more suited to the younger demographic, as it is used by Jet2 as a "Vibe" hotel.

Great stay and very clean

Fair apartment for a fair price. Good kitchen facilities and good bathroom. I personally like the location. Close to beach, New town and old town, great supermarket 1 block away.

5th time of staying at these apartments and will be back again

Apartments are in a great location and overall very comfortable. Nice pool area and would stay again as great value.

Property is basic, but very clean, had to ask for a towel change but sorted no problem. Great position, near the strip but nice and quiet, would stay again.

The only complaint was during a 4 day stay, linen and towels were not changed. Otherwise, perfect for location and facilities.

Great stay as always great staff bar and pool , however few things in the room let it down staining on sofa, furniture a bit worn out in bedroom

Lovely spacious apartment in quiet location but only 5min walk to all the nightlife. Large walk in shower & big balcony which got sun all afternoon . Pool area clean & really nice & never had a problem getting a sunbed. Would definitely return.

The Hotel was lovely and clean. But a pity about the site outside the front on the way into town.

Great apartments. Great location. Close to the main strip in new town lavante. 5 min walk down to the centre of lavente beach. 15 mins walk over to the old town. Consum supermarket 3 min around the corner. Stayed many times as it's close enough to the old town without being in the old town. Bathroom, kitchen, balcony and ac are very good and more than adequate. I have stayed here more than 5 times over the years and will probably continue to go back here if prices are right.

Apartments lovely and clean, got fresh towels 3 times in our 6 night stay. Stsff all friendly. Nice big balconies.

So conveniently located to everything yet so peacefil for a fab nights sleep :)
