Great hotel especially at stopping at Europe Park

A lovely hotel near Europa Park. Used their shuttle service ro the park and the station, and that was brilliant and always on time. The pillows could have been a bit better but aside from that a lovely family hotel.

Peaceful and relaxing stay! The place was very quiet, perfect for rest. The breakfast was great – fresh and tasty. Overall, a calm and peaceful location, ideal for unwinding. Highly recommended!

I really liked staying there. The staff were friendly and helpful. I liked that they had a shuttle service from the hotel to Europa Park. It was nice and easy not bothering with Taxis all the time.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ For everything.

Staff so friendly and helpful

Disappointing that the children's play park advertised on the hotel page is actually the rasthof off site. The gym available was actually only 1x cross trainer and 1x bike. The rooms are small and cramped with no air conditioning. Breakfast was good and parking convenient.

Always nice people and the put up with my poor German

No a/c, full of bugs, I asked for a change of room because I killed at least 1 cockroach and 2 spiders. The next day, I decided to sleep in, I traveled with my 9 yr old daughter and placed a "do NOT disturbe sign on the door". We had jet lag. However Jazmin from the front desk knocked on my door and asked me to leave the Hotel that check out was at 11am and it was 1pm But I explained to her I paid in advance via expedia for two days!!!!! She says "wake up and come to front desk", (no one spoke good english) So I immediately dressed up and show her with my phone with everything paid. And she said, "oh is because our system is not working and I couldn't see who was inside" SO NOT professional!! she mentioned she did not know we had a change of room either. Although Teresa & Mike were very nice. I would not ever recommend this hotel. If you are planning to go to Europa park. Taxi will cost you $26 euros each way. You will be better staying at the other hotels promoted in expedia, they are walking distance!

Zimmer war sauber, Bad ebenso. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Allerdings müsste das Bad renoviert werden, Badewannen sind nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und die Nähe zum Europa-Park. Bei der Übernachtung lag ein 10 % Gutschein für das nahe gelegene Burger King bei. Bei einem Kaufpreis von 22,20 € wurden aber nur 0,60 € erstattet. Der Filialleiter von Burger King begründet dies an einem Fehler der Kasse, wo er keinen Einfluss drauf hat. Ich habe nachgerechnet und festgestellt, dass der Betrag einfach vom geringste Artikel, der bestellt wurde berechnet wird. Der Gutschein kann also nicht im vollen Umfang verwendet werden. Geschmacklich würde ich sowieso das neben anliegende Restaurant am Rasthof empfehlen.

Chambre sale et infestée d insectes comme des cafards ou blattes ce qui prouve le manque de propreté, de plus personnel à l accueil très désagréable, hotel à éviter absolument. prix trop cher pour un tel ébergemment, à éviter .

Lors d'une réservation pour notre fils en voyage à Europapark, nous avons directement payé la chambre en ligne. Sur place, en notre absence évidemment, ils ont demandé la carte bancaire de notre fils et lui ont à nouveau facturé le prix de la chambre. Lui ne sachant pas que nous avions déjà payé il n'a pas réagit. Je soupçonne un acte délibéré. Quand nous essayons d'appeler l'hôtel, la réceptionniste très désagréable nous informe de manière agressive qu'ils ne communiquent ni en français ni même en anglais, ce qui est inadmissible pour un hôtel ! Nous attendons toujours une réponse par mail et nous réservons le droit d'entreprendre d'autres démarches ! Fuyez cet endroit !

Todo perfecto, hotel ideal para ir a Europa Park cercano con combinación de tren y bus. El bufet del hotel es una maravilla un surtido de embutidos, panadería, y comida caliente (tortilla bacon) Repetiría!

Es hat alles gut geklappt schnelles einchecken und aus checken. parkplatz etwas knapp bemessen gute verpflegungsmöglichkeiten in der nahen umgebung

Perfect place for a stop during traveling.

Die Parkplatzsuche am Abend gestaltete sich zu einem Glücksspiel! Zu wenig Parkplätze wenn Gäste am Abend ankommen und durch falsches Parken der anderen Gäste (brauchen teilweise 2 bis 3 Parkplätze!) mehrere Parkplätze Blockiert sind. Beispiel: Ein Smart wurde über zwei komplette Parkplätze geparkt!!! Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption konnte denn Gast über das Kennzeichen nicht Auswendig machen, sehr Schade das die Kennzeichen der Gäste nicht hinterlegt werden, das kann man besser und entspannter für die anderen Gäste machen und diese müssen nicht Warten wenn diese lieber schon auf ihre Zimmer gehen würden!
